The 68th National Convention of Akhil Bharatiya Vidyarthi Parishad (ABVP) will be held from 25 to 27 November at JECRC University, Jaipur. More than 2 thousand participants from the country and the world will take part in the convention. Yogguru Baba Ramdev will inaugurate the session on 25th November.

According to ABVP, plastic has been completely banned for the first time in this session. In such a situation, no plastic will be used during the session. So that the message of environmental protection can be given to the whole world from the land of capital Jaipur.

In this convention, there will be a short overview of the whole of India from east to west, from north to south. Representatives from India, Nepal and Bhutan along with many other countries of the world will also participate in this Mahakumbh of youth which is going to be held in Jaipur after about 18 years. The Rajasthan government has issued a guideline to crack down on the growing coaching mafia in the state. Under which coaching monitoring committee will now be formed across the state. In which along with the police-administration, parents and doctors will also be involved. At the same time, an online portal will also be created for the grievances of the students. Which will be monitored at the Chief Minister level.

Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot said that students are very upset due to competition and academic pressure across the country. Many students have also committed suicide in the recent past. Therefore, to overcome the problem of the students, the government has prepared the Coaching Guidelines 2022. In which work has been done to improve the mental condition of the students along with improving their educational system. For this, the team of government officials, employees as well as parents and doctors will also continuously monitor the coaching institutes. In such a situation, any coaching institute will not follow the guidelines of the government. Strict action will be taken against them.

These points are included in the guidelines

Students studying in coaching institutes will be informed about other career options in case they fail to clear the entrance examinations of IITs and medical institutions.
Provision has been made for easy exit policy and fee refund in case students leave the coaching institute.
A complaint portal will be created to report the grievances of the students against the coaching institute.
Police verification will be mandatory for all the employees working in the coaching center.
Institutions running residential coaching will have to maintain a record of all types of movement.
Strict action will be taken against the coaching institutes for misleading the students by showing false, fake and misleading advertisements.

Let us tell you that a state level committee will be formed to implement the guidelines made by the state government for coaching institutes across the state. In which top officials of the government including higher education, school education, medical education, home department will be involved.

At the same time, District Level Coaching Institute Monitoring Committee will be constituted in all 33 districts of the state. In which the officers of the education and police departments along with the additional district collector of the district will be included. At the district level, parents, coaching institutes, representatives of NGOs, psychologists and motivational speakers will also be included in the coaching institute monitoring committee.

Big conspiracy to blow up Udaipur-Ahmedabad railway track, blast found on track

The recently introduced Asarwa-Udaipur Express train from Ahmedabad survived a major attack on Sunday. A few hours before the train was to pass through the Jawar Mines police station area, someone had hatched a big conspiracy by exploding on the railway track in Udaipur, but due to the vigilance of the villagers, the accident was averted.

Now the Rajasthan Police is probing the matter from all angles including sabotage. Not only this, NIA is also looking into the matter. It is believed that the incident can also be investigated from the terrorist angle. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav also said that the accused in the Udaipur rail track blast would be punished severely. The NIA team is also looking into the matter along with other agencies.

On the other hand, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot called the incident worrying and instructed Director General of Police Umesh Mishra to conduct a thorough investigation into the matter. It seems like a conspiracy has been hatched to blow up the railway bridge.

To further promote digital payments in India, National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) has launched this voucher-based payment system e-Rupee to promote cashless transactions. It has been developed in collaboration with the Department of Financial Services, Ministry of Health and Family Welfare and National Health Authority.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on 2 August 2021 officially launched e-RUPI, a paperless and contactless digital payment system. Speaking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that e-RUPI vouchers will help in making direct benefit transfer more efficient in digital transactions across the country. It will provide a new dimension to digital government. The PM described e-RUPI as a sign of India’s success in integrating technology into people’s lives.

What is e-rupee?

E-Rupee is a digital voucher that a beneficiary receives on his/her phone in the form of SMS or QR code. It is a prepaid voucher, which he can use at any center that accepts it. For example, if the government wants to meet the cost of treatment of its employee in a hospital, it can issue e-rupee vouchers for the prescribed amount through the bank involved. In this case, the employee will receive an SMS or a QR code on his feature phone/smart phone. After which he will be able to go to that hospital and avail its services and make payment from the e-rupee voucher received on his phone.

E-Rupee is a cashless voucher-based mode of payment that allows users to access vouchers without a card, digital payment app or internet banking. E-rupee is not a digital currency of RBI but a digital voucher. Which has been prepared by NPCI.

How is e-rupee beneficial?

You do not need to have a bank account to take advantage of e-Rupee, which is better than other digital payment modes. It can also be used by people who do not have a smart phone or in places where there is no internet facility. Because it gets SMS or QR code, from which he can use the voucher.

How does e-rupee work?

E-Rupee is a digital voucher, which is received by the beneficiary in the form of SMS or QR code on the mobile phone. This is a prepaid voucher, which he can further pay at any of the accepting centres. RBI has increased the maximum amount of e-Rupee to Rs 1 lakh from the present Rs 10,000. This voucher can be used more than once till the amount is fully spent.

For example, if the government wants to cover the treatment of an employee in a hospital, it can pay through the concerned bank through an e-rupee voucher for the prescribed amount. The employee will receive an SMS or a QR code on his phone or smartphone. He can avail the services by visiting the designated hospital and make the payment through the e-Rupee voucher received on his phone.

Which banks are covered for e-Rupee?

National Payments Corporation of India has opened 11 banks Axis Bank, Bank of Baroda, Canara Bank, HDFC Bank, ICICI Bank, Indian Bank, IndusInd Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Punjab National Bank, SBI and Union Bank of India for e-Rupee transactions. partnered with. Bharat Pay, BHIM Baroda Merchant Pay, Pine Labs, PNB Merchant Pay and YONO SBI, Merchant Pay etc. have joined as service provider apps of e-Rupee.

Initially, the National Payments Corporation of India has tied up with over 1,600 hospitals where e-Rupee payments can be made.
