हिंदू पंचांग के अनुसार, धनतेरस का त्योहार कार्तिक मास के त्रयोदशी को मनाया जाता है। त्रयोदशी तिथि के दिन भगवान शिव को समर्पित प्रदोष व्रत भी रखा जाता है। धनतेरस को धन त्रयोदशी के नाम से भी जानते हैं। इस दिन देवताओं के वैद्य धन्वंतरी की जयंती मनाई जाती है। धनतेरस के दिन सोना, चांदी व अन्य वस्तुओं की खरीदारी करना लाभकारी माना गया है।

इस साल धनतेरस के त्योहार को लेकर बहुत कन्फ्यूजन है. कुछ लोग 22 अक्टूबर को धनतेरस मनाने की बात कर रहे हैं तो कुछ 23 अक्टूबर को. इस विषय में अयोध्या के ज्योतिषाचार्य पंडित सुधांशु तिवारी ने विस्तार से जानकारी दी है.

ज्योतिषाचार्य ने बताया कि पंच दिवसीय महापर्व 22 अक्टूबर शनिवार से आरंभ होगा. इस साल धनतेरस का त्योहार दो दिवसीय होगा. देवताओं के प्रधान चिकित्सक भगवान धनवंतरी की जयंती के रूप में यह पर्व मनाया जाता है. धनतेरस के दिन सोने, चांदी के आभूषण और धातु के बर्तन खरीदने की परंपरा है. शास्त्रों में ऐसा कहा गया है कि इससे घर में सुख समृद्धि बनी रहती है, संपन्नता आती है और माता महालक्ष्मी प्रसन्न होती हैं.

इस बार धन त्रयोदशी कार्तिक कृष्ण त्रयोदशी शनिवार को शाम 4 बजकर 13 मिनट पर लग रही है और 23 अक्टूबर रविवार को शाम 4 बजकर 45 मिनट तक रहेगी. इस अवसर पर अधिकांश लोग शुभ मुहूर्त में अपनी-अपनी मान्यताओं के अनुरूप वस्तुएं खरीदते हैं. इसमें भगवान गणेश और माता लक्ष्मी की मूर्ति, सोने-चांदी के आभूषण, धातु के बर्तन, श्रीयंत्र और कुछ विशेष चीजें जैसे कि वाहन, जमीन, फ्लैट आदि शामिल हैं.

धनतेरस की पूजा 22 अक्टूबर को ही करें

पंडित सुधाःशु तिवारी के मुताबिक, धनतेरस की पूजा 22 अक्टूबर यानी शनिवार को की जानी चाहिए. धनतेरस पर लक्ष्मी मां और कुबेर की पूजा त्रयोदशी तिथि में प्रदोष काल में की जाती है. इस साल त्रयोदशी तिथि में प्रदोष काल में लक्ष्मी पूजा का शुभ मुहूर्त 22 अक्टूबर को ही बन रहा है. इस वजह से धनतेरस या धन त्रयोदशी की पूजा 22 अक्टूबर को करनी चाहिए. 22 अक्टूबर को धनतेरस की पूजा का शुभ मुहूर्त शाम 07 बजकर 01 मिनट से रात 08 बजकर 17 मिनट तक रहेगा. आपके पास धनतरेस की पूजा के लिए एक घंटे 15 मिनट का समय रहेगा. शुभ मुहूर्त में धनतेरस की पूजा करने मात्र से धन लक्ष्मी पूरे वर्ष हमारे यहां निवास कर सुख समृद्धि प्रदान करती हैं तथा पूजा अर्चना करने मात्र से आने वाले कष्टों का निवारण स्वतः हो जाता है.

धनतेरस पर खरीदारी कब करें?

धनतेरस पर खरीदारी आप 22 अक्टूबर और 23 अक्टूबर दोनों ही दिन कर सकते हैं. लेकिन त्रयोदशी तिथि का ध्यान रखते हुए शनिवार को शाम 4 बजकर 13 मिनट के बाद और 23 अक्टूबर रविवार को शाम 4 बजकर 45 मिनट से पहले ही खरीदारी करें. हालांकि, अगर आप वाहन या लोहे का सामान खरीद रहे हैं तो रविवार को ही खरीदारी करें क्योंकि शनिवार के दिन लोहे की चीजें खरीदना शुभ नहीं माना जाता है.

धनतेरस पूजन मुहूर्त 2022-

22 अक्टूबर को धनतेरस की पूजा का शुभ मुहूर्त शाम 07 बजकर 01 मिनट से शुरू होगा, जो कि राच 08 बजकर 17 मिनट तक रहेगा। इस दिन पूजन की अवधि लगभग सवा घंटे की है। मान्यता है कि शुभ मुहूर्त लक्ष्मी पूजन करने से सुख-समृद्धि व खुशहाली की प्राप्ति होती है।

धनतेरस की पूजन विधि                                      
अयोध्या के ज्योतिषाचार्य पंडित सुधांशु तिवारी के मुताबिक, धनतेरस के दिन प्रातः काल सूर्योदय के पूर्व स्नान करने के पश्चात शुद्ध हो जाएं तथा धनतेरस का पूजन प्रदोष काल में माना जाता है. ऐसा भी कहा गया है कि प्रदोष काल में धनतेरस के दिन भेंट की हुई सामग्री से अकाल मृत्यु नहीं होती इसलिए हमें चाहिए कि भगवान का विधि विधान से पूजन करें.

धनतेरस की पूजन विधि इस प्रकार है. प्रदोष काल में एक चौकी के ऊपर लाल वस्त्र बिछा दें तथा उस पाटे पर भगवान गणेश, कुबेर, धन्वंतरि और लक्ष्मी जी को विराजमान करें तथा साथ ही साथ एक करमांग दीपक घी का भर कर प्रज्वलित करे. एक कलश स्थापित करें. उस पर नारियल रखा हो तथा पांच प्रकार के पत्तों से शोभायमान हो और कंकू अबीर गुलाल सिंदूर हल्दी और चावल तथा पचरंगी धागा, जनेऊ थाली में स्थापित कर भगवान का विधि विधान से पूजन करना चाहिए.

सर्वप्रथम हाथ में सुपारी चावल कंकू अबीर गुलाल सिंदूर हल्दी और एक पुष्प हाथ में रखे भगवान का संकल्प ॐ विष्णुर्विष्णुर्विष्णु: कहकर करें. उसके पश्चात भगवान कुबेर, लक्ष्मी, गणेश और धनवंतरी जी को 4 बार स्नान कराएं. उनको पंचामृत से स्नान कराकर भगवान धन्वंतरी और भगवान गणपति पर जनेऊ जोड़ा चढ़ाएं और अपनी सामर्थ्य अनुसार गुड़ या मिष्ठान का भोग लगाकर बाद में 13 मिट्टी के दीपक जलाकर उनकी कंकू अबीर गुलाल चावल से दीपक की पूजा करें, तथा अंत में महालक्ष्मी जी की आरती करें. उसके पश्चात शाम के समय एक भोग की थाली मिट्टी के दीपक के साथ घर की मुख्य देहली पर रखें और दीपक का मुंह दक्षिण में रखें. ऐसा कहा जाता है कि देहली पर इस दिन भोग की थाली और दक्षिण मुख दीपक रखने से पूरे वर्ष अकाल मृत्यु का भय नहीं होता है.

The constant love of music motivated him to pursue a career in the field. His first step was to dabble in music composition; afterward, he explored Music Production as a means of entering the field. For over 15 years, he has been into music. Many of India’s major cities have witnessed UG’s performances.

According to UG, his parents are a major driving force in his life, and they consistently encourage him to look on the bright side.

“We all have a passion, be it dormant or active. My passion is music. It is music that gives a true meaning to my life,” says UG.  

When asked how he comes up with such original concepts, he says that he stays inspired by listening to different genres of music, and that he experiments with new sounds and techniques, as well as collaborates with emerging artists to bounce around ideas and create novel arrangements.

Since 2007, when he and his friends got together to establish the band The Zeal, they’ve been playing live at a wide variety of events and performing at prestigious venues, such as Jaipur’s Jawahar Kala Kendra (JKK) and Ravindra Manch, where he got many appreciations and recognition. His success inspired him to devote more time to honing his skills, and he eventually enrolled in music lessons with Jaipur’s revered, J.K. Panwar sir.

Now, he’s releasing a new album called “Finding Solace.” Each instrumental piece in this album has been composed by UG, which is instrumental. He gained a lot of attention when he started posting his songs on YouTube and gained a large following on Instagram. His music is getting a lot of positive feedback from fans. This inspired him to create an album, the release of which is imminent.

In conversation with UG, he spoke of his multiple upcoming projects which will be soon released. 

The song, “Tum He,” will be his first solo that he wrote, composed, and performed all by himself.

अगर आपको भी खड़े-खड़े चक्कर आने लगते हैं या कई बार अचानक बेहोशी महसूस होती है लेकिन आपको इसके पीछे की वजह समझ नहीं आती तो इस खबर में हम आपको बताएंगे कि ऐसा क्यों होता है और इससे शरीर पर क्या प्रभाव पड़ सकता है. दरअसल अचानक खड़े-खड़े चक्कर ऑर्थोस्टेटिक और पोस्टोरल हाइपोटेंशन की वजह से आ सकते हैं जो ब्लड प्रेशर लो होने की एक स्थिति है. ऐसा कई बार आपके पोश्चर में बदलाव की वजह से भी हो सकता है.

हालांकि क्लिनिकस्पॉट्स होलिस्टिक हेल्थकेयर के मेडिकल हेड डॉ. हरिकिरन चेकुरी कहते हैं, ”कुछ सेकंड से अधिक समय तक चक्कर आना गंभीर बीमारी का संकेत हो सकता है. खड़े-खड़े चक्कर किसी को भी आ सकते हैं लेकिन 65 वर्ष से अधिक उम्र के लोगों में ये बेहद आम है क्योंकि उम्र के साथ ब्लड वेसल्स कमजोर होती जाती हैं. कमजोर ब्लड वेसल्स का मतलब है कि आपके मस्तिष्क की कोशिकाओं को पर्याप्त ऑक्सीजन नहीं मिल पा रही है और इस स्थिति में चक्कर और बेहोशी हो सकती है.”

यहां हम आपको खड़े-खड़े चक्कर आने के सात कारण बता रहे हैं, साथ ही आपको इसकी भी जानकारी देंगे कि किस स्थिति में आपको डॉक्टर की सलाह लेनी चाहिए.

  1. बहुत तेजी से खड़े होना

जब आप खड़े होते हैं तो आपके बैठे या लेटने वाली पोजीशन की तुलना में आपके हृदय को आपके शरीर में खून पंप करने के लिए अतिरिक्त मेहनत करनी पड़ती है. वास्तव में होमोस्टैसिस को बनाए रखने के लिए आपका ब्लड प्रेशर भी स्वाभाविक रूप से आपकी पोजीशन चेंज होने पर बदलता है. होमोस्टैसिस शरीर में संतुलन की एक स्थिति है जो आपके शरीर के सिस्टम्स को ठीक तरह से काम करने में सहायता करती है. जब आपका शरीर एक निश्चित स्थिति में काम कर रहा होता है तो अचानक स्थिति बदलने से आपके सिस्टम को झटका लग सकता है.

आपको सुनकर अजीब लगेगा कि लेकिन कई बार इस स्थिति में एक क्षण के लिए आपके दिमाग को ब्लड नहीं मिल पाता है और जब आप खड़े होते हैं तो आपका खून आपके शरीर के निचले हिस्से में जमा हो जाता है और इसे समायोजित होने में कुछ सेकंड यहां तक कि एक मिनट का समय भी लग सकता है. जब तक आपका रक्त आपके शरीर के बाकी हिस्सों में नहीं फ्लो होने लगाता तब तक आपके ब्लड प्रेशर में उतार-चढ़ाव होता रहता है जिसकी वजह से आपको चक्कर आते हैं.

अगर आपने तुरंत बिस्तर छोड़ा है तो आपको खड़े होने पर कुछ पल के लिए चक्कर आ सकते हैं क्योंकि यहां भी आपके शरीर को समायोजित होने में समय लगता है.

अगर आपको भी अक्सर खड़े होने पर चक्कर आते हैं तो ऐसी स्थिति में आप अपने शरीर को संतुलन बनाने के लिए कुछ पल का समय दें. किसी दीवार का सहारा लें या कहीं पर बैठ जाएं. आप अपने सिर और हाथों को भी ऊपर-नीचे कर सकती हैं ताकि ब्लड फ्लो सामान्य हो सके. इसके अलावा बेड से नीचे उतरने से पहले एक गिलास पीना पिएं ताकि आपके शरीर में फ्यूड्स का फ्लो अच्छा हो सके. आप कहीं बहुत देर तक खड़े होने से पहले भी कर सकते हैं. हालांकि पैरों में खून जमा होने और सूजन से बचने के लिए आप लंबे समय तक खड़े रहने से बचें.

2.गर्मी या डिहाइड्रेशन की स्थिति

अगर आप पर्याप्त पानी नहीं पीते हैं, खासकर जब बहुत गर्मी हो तो आपका शरीर भी गर्म हो जाता है. जब आपके आसपास के वातावरण का तापमान बढ़ता है तो आपका ब्लड प्रेशर भी स्वाभाविक रूप से कम हो जाता है जिससे आपको चक्कर आने लगते हैं. हाइड्रेटेड रहने से आपके ब्लड प्रेशर को नियंत्रित रहने में मदद मिलती और चक्कर आने की संभावना भी कम होती है.

3.शराब का सेवन

शराब आपकी रक्त वाहिकाओं को नुकसान पहुंचाती है और उन्हें संकीर्ण करता है. इससे ब्लड फ्लो भी प्रभावित होता और आपके शरीर को ब्लड प्रेशर को नॉर्मल रखने के लिए कड़ी मेहनत करनी पड़ती है. नतीजतन आपको खड़े होने पर थोड़ा चक्कर आ सकता है. आप कॉफी पीकर इस परेशानी को दूर कर सकते हैं. वहीं, अगर आपको बार-बार ऐसा होता है तो फिर आप कोशिश करें कि खाली पेट शराब न पिएं, क्योंकि इससे आपके शरीर पर और ज्यादा बुरा असर पड़ सकता है. अगर आप शरीब की मात्रा को कम कर देते हैं या उसे बिलकुल ही छोड़ दें तो फिर आप इस स्थिति से बच सकते हैं. 

  1. वर्कआउट

जैसे ही आप कसरत करना शुरू करते हैं, आपकी मांसपेशियां आपके हृदय में रक्त का प्रवाह तेज कर देती हैं. जब आप थोड़ा रुकते हैं तो आपका ब्लड वापस आपके स्थान पर पहुंचने की कोशिश करने लगता है. इसकी वजह से आपके फेफड़ों पर दबाव आ जाता है और खड़े होने या कसरत के बाद आपको थोड़ा चक्कर आ सकता है. ज्यादा मेहनत वाली कसरत से आपको चक्कर, जी मिचलाना या आंखों के सामने धुंधलापन जैसी समस्याएं हो सकती हैं. इस स्थिति में आप कुछ देर के लिए कहीं पर बैठ जाएं और अपनी दिल की धड़कल को सामान्य होने दें. कसरत से पहले खूब सारा पानी पिएं और बीच-बीच में भी थोड़ा पानी पीते रहें.

  1. दवाएं

खड़े होने पर चक्कर की वजह कुछ दवाएं भी हो सकती हैं क्योंकि वे आपके ब्लड प्रेशर को बदल देती हैं. इनमें यूरीन बढ़ाने वाली डाइयूरेटिक, दिल के रोगों के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाली बीटा ब्लॉकर्स और ब्लड वेसल्स, ब्लड प्रेशर को कंट्रोल करने के लिए इस्तेमाल होने वाली ACE इनहिबिटर शामिल है. अगर आपको लगता है कि खड़े होने पर आपके चक्कर आने के पीछे आपके द्वारा ली जा रही दवा है तो तुरंत अपने डॉक्टर से बात करें लेकिन इसे तब तक लेते रहें जब तक कि आपका डॉक्टर इसे बंद करने के लिए ना कहे. किसी बीमारी की स्थिति में दवाओं को सेवन अचानक बंद करने से शरीर को नुकसान पहुंच सकता है.

6.पोस्टुरल ऑर्थोस्टैटिक टैचीकार्डिया सिंड्रोम (POTS)

पॉट्स, ऑर्थोस्टेटिक इंटॉलरेंस का एक अधिक गंभीर प्रकार है. ऑर्थोस्टेटिक इंटॉलरेंस एक ऐसी स्थिति है जहां आपको हमेशा खड़े होने पर बेहोशी या चक्कर महसूस होते ही हैं. अगर आपको POTS की समस्या है तो आपका शरीर आपके ब्लड प्रेशर को खुद से नियंत्रित नहीं कर सकता है इसलिए शरीर के पोस्चर में बदलाव लंबे समय तक चक्कर आने का कारण हो सकता है.

7.हेल्थ कंडीशन

ब्ल्ड प्रेशर से संबंधित कुछ कंडीशन जैसे गैस्ट्रोइंटेस्टाइनल (जीआई) बीमारी, कान के अंदरूनी भाग की बीमारी और हार्मोनल परिवर्तन की वजह से खड़े होने पर आपको चक्कर या बेहोशी हो सकती है.

इसके अलावा दिल, थायराइड, डायबिटीज, डिमेंशिया, पार्किंसंस रोग जैसी बीमारियों में भी आपको खड़े होने पर चक्कर आ सकते हैं क्योंकि इन बीमारियों में ब्लड प्रेशर गिरता है. इस स्थिति में आपको अपने डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए. 

इस स्थिति में जाएं डॉक्टर के पास

अमेरिका के मिशिगन के ईयर इंस्टीट्यूट की डॉक्टर एमी सरो कहती हैं, ”अगर आप लंबे समय से खड़े होने पर चक्कर आने से परेशान हैं और इसका असर आपके स्वास्थ्य या डेली लाइफ पर पड़ रहा है तो आपको डॉक्टर से संपर्क करना चाहिए. वहीं, किसी बीमारी या दवाओं के बाद चक्कर आने के बारे में भी आपको अपने डॉक्टर को बताना चाहिए. अगर आपको कोई हेल्थ कंडीशन नहीं है लेकिन खड़े होने के बाद बेहोशी, सिरदर्द या आपको हमेशा किसी दीवार या चीज का सहारा लेने की जरूरत पड़ती है तो आपको इसे हल्के में नहीं लेना चाहिए और तुरंत डॉक्टर के पास जाना चाहिए.”

इसके अलावा आपको इस कंडीशन में हमेशा खूब सारा पानी और संतुलित आहार का सेवन करना चाहिए जिसमें भरपूर मात्रा में फल, सब्जियां और साबुत अनाज शामिल हों. साथ ही आप दिन में कम से कम 15 मिनट की वॉक, रनिंग या कोई भी कसरत कर सकते हैं. इससे आपका ब्लड फ्लो बेहतर होगा और बार-बार चक्कर आने की समस्या से भी राहत मिलेगी.

अयोध्या दीपोत्सव में दिखेगा कमाल, इस बार देर तक रोशनी बिखेरेंगे नए दीये

अयोध्या दीपोत्सव में इस बार एक नया कमाल होने जा रहा है। इस साल दीपोत्सव में जादुई दीये जलाए जाएंगे, जो देर तक जलेंगे।

अयोध्या में दीपोत्सव की तैयारियां जोरों पर हैं। एक बार फिर यूपी सरकार दीपोत्सव का नया रिकार्ड बनाने के लिए जुटा हुआ है। पर इस बार योगी सरकार एक और नया प्रयोग करने जा रही है। इस दीपोत्सव में दीए अन्य दीपोत्सव की तुलना में अधिक देर तक अपनी रोशनी बिखेरेंगे। इसके लिए जिम्मेदार संस्था ने एक तरकीब निकाली है। उन्होंने दीए की साइज को बड़ा कर दिया। अब इस दीए में 30 एमएल तेल की जगह 40 एमएल तेल डाला जाएगा। जिस वजह से ये दीए देर तक जलेंगे और दीवाली के दिन अपनी रोशनी से भक्तों और दर्शकों का मन मोहेंगे।

डॉ. राममनोहर लोहिया अवध विश्वविद्यालय को मिली है जिम्मेदारी

रामनगरी अयोध्या में 23 अक्तूबर को दीपोत्सव मनाया जाएगा। दीपोत्सव-2022 में 14.50 लाख दीए जलाकर विश्व रिकार्ड बनाने की शासन की मंशा है। दीए जलाने की जिम्मेदारी डॉ. राममनोहर लोहिया अवध विश्वविद्यालय को सौंपी गई है। विश्वविद्यालय के नोडल अधिकारी प्रो. अजय प्रताप सिंह टीम दीपोत्सव को सफल बनाने में जुटी हुई है। राम की पैड़ी सहित अन्य घाटों पर दीपोत्सव में 20 हजार वालंटियर अनुशासित रहकर 16 लाख दीए सजाएंगे।

घाटों पर 20 अक्तूबर तक पहुंच जाएंगे दीए

प्रो. अजय प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि, सभी घाटों पर 20 अक्तूबर तक दीए पहुंच जाएंगे। 21 अक्तूबर से दीए बिछाने कार्य शुरू होगा। 22 अक्तूबर को दीयों की गणना होगी और 23 अक्तूबर को दीए में तेल-बाती लगाया जाएगा। फिर शाम को जलाया जाएगा।

20 हजार स्वयंसेवकों की लगी है ड्यूटी

नोडल अधिकारी प्रो. अजय प्रताप सिंह ने बताया कि, राम की पैड़ी पर दीपोत्सव के दो दिन पहले से 20 हजार स्वयंसेवकों की ड्यूटी लगाई जाएगी। इस बार दीप बेहद खास स्वरूप में तैयार किए गए हैं। यह कापी देर तक जलते रहेंगे। अभी तक दीए में 30 एमएल तेल डाला जाता था, पर इस बार दीयों के साइज को बड़ा किया गया है।

वर्ष 2017 में दीपोत्सव की शुरूआत

योगी आदित्यनाथ की सरकार ने दीपोत्सव की शुरूआत 2017 में किया था। पांच साल में हर साल दिए जलाने का रिकार्ड बनाया है।

1. दीपोत्सव 2017 – 51 हजार दीये
2. दीपोत्सव 2018 – 3 लाख 1 हजार 152 दीये
3. दीपोत्सव 2019 – 4 लाख 4 हजार 226 दीये
4. दीपोत्सव 2020 – 6 लाख 6 हजार 569 दीये
5. दीपोत्सव 2021 – 12 लाख दिये ।

कई बार देखने में आता है कि कुछ परिवारों के लोग लगातार बीमार रहते हैं। परिवार का एक सदस्य ठीक होता है तो दूसरा बीमार हो जाता है। या फिर एक ही सदस्य बार-बार बीमार होता रहता है। इसके कई कारण हो सकते हैं। लाल किताब में ऐसे कई आसान उपाय बताए गए हैं, जिन्हें करने से आपकी ये समस्या दूर हो सकती है।

  1. रात को सोते समय सिरहाने के पास कुछ रुपए-पैसे रख लें और सुबह उठकर इसे किसी सफाईकर्मी को दे दें।
  2. प्रति माह गाय, कौए और कुत्तों को मीठी रोटियां खिलाएं। पका हुआ सीता फल मंदिर में रख आएं।
  3. ब्लड प्रेशर या घबराहट के लिए रात को सोते समय पानी भरा बर्तन सिरहाने रखकर सोएं और अगले दिन कीकर की जड़ में इसे डाल दें।
  4. दोनों कान छिदवाकर उसमें सोने का तार 43 दिन तक डाल कर रखें। इससे राहु और केतु संबंधी दोष व रोग दूर होते हैं।
  5. यदि आंखों से संबंधित कोई समस्या हो तो शनिवार को चार सूखे नारियल नदी में प्रवाहित करें।
  6. हडि्डयों से संबंधित समस्या हो तो काली गाय की सेवा करें। इससे शनिदेव प्रसन्न होंगे और आपकी परेशानी दूर हो जाएगी।
  7. बुखार न उतरें तो तीन दिन लगातार गुड़ और जौ सूर्यास्त से पूर्व मंदिर में रख आएं।
  8. परिवार में जो भी सदस्य बीमार हो उसके ऊपर से एक नारियल 21 बार घूमाकर अग्नि में जला दें। इससे आपकी समस्या का समाधान हो जाएगा।

जिस व्यक्ति के घर में आए दिन झगड़े होते रहते हैं और कलह कायम रहती है, उसकी कुंडली में चतुर्थ भाव का दोष पाया जाता है। साथ ही साथ लग्न इन हालात के ऊपर अधिकार पाने में असक्षम होता है। किन्ही-किन्ही जातकों के निर्बल चन्द्रमा के कारण भी घर में कलह का वातावरण बना रहता है। ज्योतिष विधा में कुछ ऐसे उपाय बताए गए हैं, जिन्हें करने से इस समस्या से छुटकारा मिलता है और घर में शांति का वास होता है। यदि आप भी अपने घर में होने वाले क्लेश से परेशान हैं, तो करें निम्न उपाय, जो आपके घर में शांति कायम करने में मददगार साबित होंगे —

1-  रात्रि को सोने से पहले किसी पीतल के बर्तन में कपूर लेकर उसे गाय के शुद्ध घी में डुबोकर जला दें। इस उपाय से घर के क्लेश का नाश होता है तथा घर में शांति आती है।

२- यदि पति-पत्नी में क्लेश रहता है, तो पत्नी रात को सोते समय बिना टोके कुछ कपूर पति के तकिये की नीचे रख दे और सुबह बिना टोके उसे जला दे। इसके पश्चात् राख को बहते हुए पानी में प्रवाहित कर दे। इस उपाय से आपस में शांति बनी रहेगी तथा प्रेम बढ़ेगा।

3- घर की कलह को दूर करने के लिए गृह स्वामी को पीपल के वृक्ष की सेवा करनी चाहिए। साथ ही पीपल के पौधे को रोपना और एक बड़े पेड़ में तब्दील होने तक उसकी निरंतर देखभाल करना चाहिए।

4- घर के अंदर सप्ताह में किसी एक दिन कपूर जलाकर उसका धुंआ घर में देने से गृह क्लेश नहीं होता तथा घर में शांति का वास रहता है।

5- रविवार के दिन उपले पर कपूर और गुड़ रखकर उस पर थोड़ा घी डाल कर जलाएं। इस उपाय से आपके घर की नकारात्मक ऊर्जाएं दूर होंगी।

6- मंगलवार के दिन हनुमान जी के समक्ष पंचमुखी दीप प्रज्ज्वलित करें और अष्टगंध जलाकर उसकी सुगंध पूरे घर में फैलाएं। घर में सकारात्मक ऊर्जा का निवास होगा।

7- घर के सभी छोटे बड़ों की समान रूप से इज्जत करनी चाहिए और उनके द्वारा कही बातों की अनदेखी नहीं करनी चाहिए।
