Political parties have put in all their might for the first phase of elections in Gujarat. Elections to 89 seats in Gujarat will be held on December 1. Here, Prime Minister Narendra Modi reached Somnath temple on Sunday morning, where he offered prayers and performed jalabhishek of Lord Shiva. Prime Minister Modi will also visit Veraval, where he will address a public meeting. He will also address the gathering at Dhoraji at 12:45 pm, Amreli at 2:30 pm and Botad at 6:15 pm. At night, PM Modi will return to Gandhinagar and stay here for the night at Raj Bhavan.
A total of 1,112 nomination forms have been found valid for the second phase of Gujarat Assembly elections. The scrutiny of nomination papers for the 93 seats going to polls in the second phase on December 5 has been done on Friday. A statement issued by the office of the state chief electoral officer said that “a total of 1,515 forms were received for the second phase, out of which 1,112 have been found valid”. ‘
In such a situation, the Gujarat election is becoming a rage. The results will be out on December 8.
