Supreme Court dismisses Rana Ayyub’s plea, ghaziabad court to respond

The donation was taken in the name of helping the poor in Assam, Bihar and Maharashtra affected by Covid, but they transferred the amount to their father and sister’s account.

In this case, the ED had said that it has filed a charge sheet in the Ghaziabad court after investigation. On the basis of this, the court has issued this summons. The Supreme Court should not stop this action. At the same time, Rana Ayyub argued that his bank account is in Navi Mumbai. Even if a crime has been committed, it can be heard in a Mumbai court. The ED had responded by saying that many people from Ghaziabad and Uttar Pradesh had donated, so hearings could be held here too.

On this, the Supreme Court has said in its order that the crime has been classified in 6 ways under Section 3 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act. The Supreme Court is dismissing Rana Ayyub’s petition. He should prove in the Ghaziabad court that no part of the crime is related to Ghaziabad.

Bajrang Dal activist shot dead in Udaipur

According to the information, 38-year-old Raju alias Rajendra Parmar has been the district convenor of Teli Bajrang Dal. He was a property businessman. Due to which he had a dispute with many people. On receiving information about the murder, a large number of Hindu organizations activists and many police officers including ASP Chandrasheel Thakur also reached the hospital.

However, the perpetrators of the crime are yet to be ascertained. Police have scanned CCTV footage from nearby areas, in which two youths are seen running away on foot. It is suspected that these youths shot Raju.

It is being told that the miscreants who shot came to Raju Parmar on foot. Both of them shot two bullets in the head from close range. But people could not hear the sound of bullets as bindauri came out nearby. After a while, passersby found him unconscious on Parmar road, after which he was taken to the hospital, where doctors declared him dead.

Man dragged for 200 metres in Accident in Udaipur

Congress continues to protest in Adani case, demands probe
