It was scheduled to release on December 23, 2022. Sudhakar Reddy Yakkanti has worked on its cinematography. It won’t be released and no platform has been decided yet for it whether OTT or theatrical which seems weak.

The movie showcases Brigadier Balram Singh Mehta of the 45th Cavalry tank squadron who battled the eastern front during the Indo-Pakistan war of 1971 with his siblings. The trailer hasn’t been released till now as only a few days are left for its release, leading to a postponement.
Freddy has bad prospects at Box-office and it took the OTT route to release the spine-chilling film. Such a decision is considered in good faith for its team as well. It marks Kartik’s first OTT movie which is directly releasing on this medium rather than a theatrical release.
