The Pratap Nagar police station in Bhilwara district of Rajasthan has seized Rs 6.75 crore from a car near Awari Mata Temple on Budhwar Pur Road. In this case, the police have seized the car and detained two people in it, who are being questioned.
The deceased have been identified as Rahul Singh Rajput( 30), a resident of Gujarat.
Jaideep Singh, son of Fannu, is 32 years old and a resident of Gujarat. It is being told that the money was hidden under both the front seat of the car and behind the back seat in the trunk, in which it was kept. When the police opened them, a large number of 500 and 2000 rupee notes were found.
When the police questioned the youths about the note, they could not give a satisfactory answer. In such a situation, the police have detained the youth and seized the notes. When the police counted the notes by machine, this amount was found to be Rs 6 crore 75 lakh. The police have separately informed the Income Tax Department and the Enforcement Directorate.
