The information about who was doing the same storage is yet to be received, the police is investigating the case till the news is written. At present, the police have seized the coal from the spot and seized Kohli and deposited it in the police line, while the police is still investigating the case when the price of the coal is said to be around 5 lakhs. The police have registered a case under Section 41(1)4 of the CrPC for illegal storage.
