करवा चौथ का त्योहार हर साल कार्तिक मास की कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्थी तिथि को मनाया जाता है. इस बार करवा चौथ का व्रत 13 अक्टूबर को मनाया जाएगा. करवा चौथ का दिन और संकष्टी चतुर्थी, जो कि भगवान गणेश के लिए उपवास करने का दिन होता है, एक ही दिन आता है. इस दिन विवाहित महिलाएं अपनी पति की लंबी उम्र की कामना करती हैं.

हिंदू धर्म में करवा चौथ के व्रत को बड़ा महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है. करवा चौथ का त्योहार हर साल कार्तिक मास की कृष्ण पक्ष की चतुर्थी तिथि को मनाया जाता है. करवा चौथ का दिन और संकष्टी चतुर्थी, जो कि भगवान गणेश के लिए उपवास करने का दिन होता है, एक ही दिन आता है. इस दिन विवाहित महिलाएं अपनी पति की लंबी उम्र की कामना करती हैं. विवाहित महिलाएं भगवान शिव, माता पार्वती और कार्तिकेय के साथ-साथ भगवान गणेश की पूजा करती हैं. करवा चौथ का व्रत कठिन होता है और इसे अन्न और जल ग्रहण किए बिना ही सूर्योदय से रात में चन्द्रमा के दर्शन तक किया जाता है. इस बार करवा चौथ का व्रत 13 अक्टूबर, गुरुवार को मनाया जाएगा. करवा चौथ के दिन पूजा की थाली का भी बहुत महत्व माना जाता है.

करवा चौथ पर बन रहा शुभ संयोग

इस साल कार्तिक महीने के कृष्‍ण पक्ष की चतुर्थी यानी कि करवा चौथ 12 अक्‍टूबर की रात 2 बजे से प्रारंभ होगा और 13 तारीख की मध्य रात्रि 03:09 बजे तक रहेगा.करवा चौथ का व्रत उदयातिथि के अनुसार 13 अक्‍टूबर को रखा जाएगा.इस दिन शाम को 06:41 मिनट तक कृतिका नक्षत्र रहेगा फिर रोहिणी नक्षत्र शुरू होगा.करवा चौथ के दिन चंद्र देव की पूजा की जाती है और अर्ध्‍य दिया जाता है.करवा चौथ के दिन चंद्रमा अपनी उच्‍च राशि वृषभ में रहेंगे.चंद्रमा का उच्‍च राशि वृषभ में होना और रोहिनी नक्षत्र का होना बहुत ही शुभ होता है.इस समय में की गई पूजा बहुत शुभ फल देती है और व्रत भी फलदायी होता है. 

करवा चौथ 2022 का शुभ मुहूर्त

करवा चौथ पर अमृत काल शाम 04 बजकर 08 मिनट से शाम 05 बजकर 50 मिनट तक रहेगा. इसके बाद अभिजीत मुहूर्त सुबह 11 बजकर 21 मिनट से दोपहर 12 बजकर 07 मिनट तक रहेगा. 

व्रत की सामग्री लिस्ट

इस व्रत में सुहाग की सभी निशानियां लगती हैं. जैसे चंदन,सिंदूर,मेहंदी,महावर,कंघा,बिंदी,चुनरी,चूड़ी,बिछुआ,मिट्टी का टोंटीदार करवा व ढक्कन, शहद,अगरबत्ती,पुष्प,कच्चा दूध,शक्कर,शुद्ध घी,दही,मिठाई,गंगाजल,अक्षत (चावल), दीपक,रुई,कपूर,गेहूं,शक्कर का बूरा,हल्दी,जल का लोटा,गौरी बनाने के लिए पीली मिट्टी,लकड़ी का आसन,चलनी, आठ पूरियों की अठावरी,हलुआ और दक्षिणा के लिए पैसे आदि. इन चीजों में से कुछ चीजें व्रत के लिए, कुछ चीजें पूजन के लिए लगती हैं. 

आइए जानते हैं कि करवा चौथ की थाली में क्या क्या होता है

  1. करवा

करवा शब्द एक मिट्टी के बर्तन को संदर्भित करता है. जिसके ऊपर एक नोजल होता है जो शांति और समृद्धि का प्रतीक है. यदि आपको मिट्टी का करवा नहीं मिल रहा है, तो आप अपनी थाली में पीतल का करवा बना सकते हैं. करवा चौथ व्रत की थाली में दो करवा जरूरी हैं.

दीपक या दीया

अपनी पूजा थाली में दीपक या दीया जरूर शामिल करें. करवा चौथ की पूजा करने के लिए आप या तो मिट्टी या आटे का दीपक शामिल कर सकते हैं.

एक छलनी

करवा चौथ की थाली में छलनी बहुत जरूरी है. आंखों को उन हानिकारक किरणों से बचाने के लिए, छनी हुई रोशनी, ईश्वरीय आशीर्वाद प्राप्त करने के लिए, छलनी करवा चौथ का एक महत्वपूर्ण हिस्सा बनी हुई है.

लोटा

चंद्रमा को जल चढ़ाने के लिए गोलाकार पानी का पात्र महत्वपूर्ण है. साथ ही चांद पर दर्शन करने के बाद व्रत खोलने के लिए अपनी थाली में अलग से एक गिलास पानी रखना न भूलें.

सिंदूर

किसी भी वैवाहिक महिला के लिए सिंदूर को बहुत महत्वपूर्ण माना जाता है. करवा चौथ के दिन हर महिला को सिंदूर लगाना चाहिए. अपनी थाली में रखना चाहिए. सिंदूर या कुमकुम एक महिला के विवाहित जीवन की शुरुआत का प्रतीक होता है. 

मिठाई

करवा चौथ की पूजा के लिए थाली में मिठाई रखी जाती है. इन मिठाइयों को खाकर व्रत खोल जाता है. मिठाई के तौर पर मठरी को अपनी थाली में जरूर शामिल करें.

चावल

अधिकांश हिंदू रीति-रिवाजों में चावल यानी अक्षथ हर चीज के लिए शुभ माना जाता है.  अपनी पूजा की थाली में चावल के 10-12 टुकड़े रखें क्योंकि ये बहुत महत्वपूर्ण माने जाते हैं.

कथा पुस्तक

पूजा के दौरान करवा चौथ की कथा सुनाई जाती है. यह एक महत्वपूर्ण अनुष्ठान है जिसके बिना करवा चौथ अधूरा है. इस दिन पूजा करते समय करवा चौथ की किताब को अपनी थाली में रखें.

फल

ताजे फल शामिल करें जिनमें पर्याप्त मात्रा में फाइबर और पानी हो. चूंकि करवा चौथ के व्रत में पूरे दिन बिना भोजन और पानी
के रहना शामिल है. ताजे फल खाने से आपका पेट भरा रहेगा. एक बार जब आप अपना उपवास खोलेंगे तो शरीर की पानी की जरूरतें भी पूरी हो जाएंगी.

करवा चौथ पूजा विधि

सुबह जल्दी उठकर स्नान कर लें
स्नान करने के बाद मंदिर की साफ सफाई करके दीपक जलाएं.
देवी-देवताओं की पूजा अर्चना करें
निर्जला व्रत का संकल्प लें
इस पावन दिन शिव परिवार की पूजा अर्चना की जाती है
सबसे पहले भगवान गणेश की पूजा करें. किसी भी शुभ कार्य से पहले भगवान गणेश की पूजा की जाती है.
माता पार्वती,भगवान शिव और भगवान कार्तिकेय की पूजा करें.
करवा चौथ के व्रत में चंद्रमा की पूजा की जाती है.
चंद्र दर्शन के बाद पति को छलनी से देखें
 इसके बाद पति द्वारा पत्नी को पानी पिलाकर व्रत तोड़ा जाता है

The Garba and Dandia function was creatively hosted by the Indian Pluralism Foundation, Matri Mandir and International Interfaith Service Initiative youth peacebuilders on the auspicious occasion of Suhbho Durga Panchami at Matri Mandir, Kolkata, West Bengal on Friday 30 Sep 2022. In the evening, people of every culture and civilization participated in the Dandiya/Garba dance festival, celebrating it colourfully.

Young children performed traditional cultural dances and songs. The program had a distinct charm of Dhakia as the melodious and harmonious melodies of Dhak enthralled everyone, which is a dazzling and delightful feature during Durga Puja, Dhak symbolizes the rich and bright aspect of Bengali culture.
