For the first time in the 95th Oscar ceremony, India has received two awards for the first time. The song Natu-Natu from the film RRR won Best Original Song and The Elephant Whispers became Best Documentary Short Film. However, India’s documentary feature film All That Breathes is out of the race. India got nominations in these three categories in the Oscar Awards.
Let us tell you that Natu-Natu had earlier received the title of Best Original Song at the Golden Globes Award. Chandrabose and composer MM Keerwani, who wrote the song Natu-Natu of RRR, took the Oscar trophy at the Oscar ceremony. During this, the director of the film, Rajamouli, remained seated behind. The Telugu meaning of RRR is Roudram Ranam Rudhiram and Rise Roar Revolt in Hindi.
The Elephant Whispers director Kartiki Gonsalves and producer Guneet Monga received the award for Best Short Documentary. During this, Deepika Padukone present in the ceremony became emotional. She had arrived as the presenter of the ceremony. According to Indian time, the Oscar ceremony started at 5:30 am on Monday morning in Los Angeles, USA.

दिल्ली महिला आयोग की अध्यक्षा स्वाति मालीवाल ने अपने ही पिता पर यौन शोषण किए जाने का आरोप लगाया है। हालांकि ये बात उन्होंने बचपन के सन्दर्भ में कही है। मौजूदा दौर में इसका कोई संबंध नहीं है।
स्वाति मालीवाल ने एक कार्यक्रम में बताया कि ‘बचपन में मेरे पिता मेरा यौन शोषण करते थे। इसकी वजह से मैं अपने ही घर में डर कर रहती थी। वो बिना वजह मुझे पीटते थे, चोटी पकड़कर सर दीवार पर टकरा देते थे। डर की वजह से मैंने कई रातें तो बिस्तर के नीचे छिपकर बिताई हैं।’
स्वाति मालीवाल ने कहा ‘मुझे अभी तक याद है कि मेरे फादर मेरे साथ यौन शोषण करते थे। जब वो घर में आते थे तो मुझे बहुत डर लगता है। मैंने न जाने कितनी रातें बिस्तर के नीचे बिताई हैं। मैं डरकर, सहमकर कांपती रहती थी। उस वक्त मैं सोचती थी कि ऐसा क्या करूं जिससे इस तरह के सभी आदमियों को सबक सिखा सकूं।
स्वाति आगे कहती है, ‘मैं कभी नहीं भूल सकती कि मेरे फादर को इतना गुस्सा आता था कि वो कभी भी मेरी चोटी पकड़कर मुझे दीवार पर टकरा देते थे, खून बहता रहता था, बहुत तड़प महसूस होती थी। उस तड़प से मेरे मन में यही चलता रहता था कि कैसे इन लोगों को सबक सिखाऊं। मेरी जिंदगी में मेरी मां, मेरी मौसी, मौसाजी और मेरे नानी-नानाजी न होते तो मुझे नहीं लगता कि मैं बचपन के उस ट्रॉमा से बाहर निकल पाती। न ही आपके बीच में खड़े होकर इतने बड़े-बड़े काम कर पाती।’
स्वाति ने कहा ‘मैंने यह महसूस किया है कि जब बहुत अत्याचार होता है तो बहुत बड़ा बदलाव भी आता है। उस अत्याचार से आपके भीतर एक आग जलती है, जिसे आपने सही जगह लगा दिया तो आप बहुत बड़े-बड़े काम कर सकते हैं। आज हम जितनी भी अवॉर्डी (जिन्हें कोई अवॉर्ड मिला है) को देखते हैं, उनकी एक कहानी है। उन लोगों ने अपनी जिंदगी से लड़ना सीखा और उस समस्या से ऊपर उठना सीखा। आज हमारे साथ कई ऐसी सशक्त महिलाएं मौजूद हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी समस्याओं का डटकर सामना किया है।’
राजस्थान में शहीदों की पत्नियों की मांगों को लेकर जयपुर में चल रहा विरोध प्रदर्शन थमने का नाम नहीं ले रहा है। एक दिन पहले राज्यसभा सांसद डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा और सांसद रंजीता कोली के साथ पुलिस के कथित अमानवीय व्यवहार के विरोध में भाजपा ने शनिवार को जयपुर में जोरदार विरोध प्रदर्शन किया।
अब तक शहीदों की पत्नियों की मांगों की लड़ाई में डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा अकेले ही लड़ रहे थे, लेकिन अब पूरी भाजपा एकजुट होकर सड़क पर उतर गई है। जयपुर में शनिवार को कार्यकर्ताओं के जोश और गुस्से के चलते पुलिस की गाड़ियों पर कथित पथराव किया एवं पुलिस के साथ भी उनकी झड़प हुई।
इससे पहले सैकड़ों की संख्या में डॉ. किरोड़ी लाल मीणा के समर्थक और भाजपा के कार्यकर्ता बीजेपी प्रदेश कार्यालय पर एकत्र हुए। प्रदेश कार्यालय में तैयार किए गए मंच पर भाजपा के बड़े नेताओं ने अपनी बात रखी। भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष सतीश पूनियां, पूर्व मंत्री अरुण चतुर्वेदी और राजेंद्र राठौड़ ने प्रदेश सरकार के खिलाफ मोर्चा खोलते हुए सरकार की अनदेखी और सांसदों के साथ हुए कथित दुर्व्यवहार की निंदा करते हुए सरकार को चेताया कि अब जनता इसका जवाब देगी।
भाषण के बाद कार्यकर्ताओं ने सहकार मार्ग की तरफ कूच किया। यहां मौजूद पुलिस बल के बैरिकेड्स को तोड़ते हुए भाजपा के कार्यकर्ता आगे बढ़ते रहे। हालांकि राजेंद्र राठौड़ ने गांधीवादी तरीके से धरने की बात कही थी, परंतु कार्यकर्ताओं के जोश और गुस्से के चलते पुलिस की गाड़ियों पर कथित पथराव हो गया। इस पर कार्रवाई करते हुए पुलिस ने सतीश पूनिया सहित कई नेताओं को हिरासत में भी लिया। इसके बाद मामला शांत हुआ।
राजस्थान के जयपुर में चल रहा शहीदों की पत्नियों से जुड़ा मामला शांत भी नहीं हुआ था कि प्रदेश के भरतपुर से एक ऐसा ही मामला सामने आया। जहां भाजपा सांसद जब हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट शहीद की पत्नी से मिलने पहुंचीं तो वहां उनका पुलिस से विवाद हो गया। आरोप है कि पुलिस ने उनके साथ धक्का-मुक्की की, जिससे वह गिरकर बेहोश हो गईं।
यह मामला भरतपुर के नगर थाना इलाके का है। यहां सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र में शहीद की पत्नी सुंदरी से मिलने शुक्रवार शाम छह बजे भरतपुर सांसद रंजीता कोली पहुंचीं थीं। इस दौरान हॉस्पिटल में जमकर हंगामा हुआ। सांसद ने पुलिस अधीक्षक से शिकायत की कि पुलिस जवानों ने उनके साथ बदतमीजी की। हाथ पकड़कर खींचा। इससे उनके हाथ और कमर में चोट आ गई। धक्का-मुक्की में उनकी सोने की चेन भी गिर गई।
सांसद रंजीता कोली ने कहा कि वे सुंदरावली गांव की शहीद की पत्नी सुंदरी देवी से मिलने आई थी। उन्हें पुलिस ने जबरन हॉस्पिटल में एडमिट कर रखा है। कोली के अनुसार सुंदर देवी की तबीयत खराब नहीं है। रंजीता कोली के अनुसार शहीद की पत्नी अपने बच्चों से मिलना चाहती है। वह सुंदरी देवी को लेकर उनकी बेटी सुमन से मिलाने जा रही थी। इस दौरान उन पर पुलिसवालों ने हमला कर दिया। उनका हाथ पकड़ा।
सांसद रंजीता ने कहा कि सुंदर देवी को पुलिस ने हॉस्पिटल में बंधक बनाकर रखा है। यह सरासर गलत है। पुलिस ने मेरा हाथ पकड़ा और मेरे साथ बदतमीजी की। महिला को ऐसे नहीं पकड़ सकते। सांसद ने कहना है कि मैंने वीरांगना की रिपोर्ट देखी। रिपोर्ट में कुछ नहीं है। सरकार के दबाव में प्रशासन ने वीरांगना को बंधक बनाकर रखा है।
सांसद ने कहा कि राजस्थान में महिलाओं के साथ अपराध होता ही है, अब वीरांगनाओं के साथ भी अत्याचार होने लगा है। जिनके पति देश के लिए शहीद हो गए, उनकी पत्नियों के साथ राजस्थान सरकार और पुलिस अत्याचार कर रही है। सांसद कोली ने कहा कि धक्का-मुक्की में उनके हाथ की हड्डी टूट गई।

Hon’ble President through District Magistrate Meerut The Government of India, in the interest of the country, demanded the following: 1- For stringent punishment/ death penalty through fast track court to the killers of nasir and junaid who killed Nasir and Junaid in the name of alleged cow protection and to provide security along with a government job to one member of the victim’s family along with a government job. 2- To prevent conspiracy, murder, etc. on minority communities, especially Muslims, to make a stringent law Muslim Atrocity Act like the SC/ST Atrocity Act. 3- To file a sedition case against fundamentalists who threaten the integrity and dignity of India in the name of Hindu Rashtra. 4- To immediately ban organizations like RSS, Bajrang Dal etc. who demand Hindu Rashtra in opposition to the Constitution. Rajuddin Gadre said that the Constitution establishes the best democratic system in India under which every citizen of India has the opportunity to develop himself all-round under the fundamental rights of equality, freedom, etc. But for some time now, due to the increased influence of radical political parties and affiliate organizations in politics in the country, there have been planned attacks on the exploited classes, minorities, especially the Muslim community and their religious places. Innocent Muslim youths are being put in jails by making false cases. They are being conspired and murdered. In the name of cow protection, people of minorities, especially Muslims, are being beaten up openly by cow protection organizations and mob lynching and burnt alive. Because such cow protection organizations are conspiring and trying to spoil mutual harmony by creating disharmony between different communities in India, the mutual harmony of these communities is constantly being attacked. Such activities are also an attack on the Constitution of India. Therefore, it is very important to curb such activities. Therefore, it is necessary to ban these fundamentalist organizations.
Former Home Minister Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel had also banned RSS and Hindu organizations in his time to break the back of such anti-constitutional forces. Hon’ble Chancellor, Deans, Members of Board of management, Academic council, Distinguished Members of the Faculty, distinguished invitees, proud graduates, their equally proud parents and friends, ladies and gentlemen. It is indeed a special privilege and an honour to have been invited to deliver the convocation address of this university. The institute has the dream of becoming a global center of excellence in education, research and technology development. This dream that can be converted into reality, if we create the right ‘ambition’ and the right ‘ambience’. I see the presence of both here. I have no doubt, therefore, that this dream will be fulfilled. Let me begin by extending my wholehearted congratulations and my very best wishes to the young graduates. You are going to enter a new exciting world, which is changing rapidly. There are extra-ordinary opportunities for those, who are prepared to face the challenge of change. Indeed, only those of us will survive and succeed, who will be able to anticipate the change and also exploit the change. And those who do this will one day lead the change. We in India should have the ambition of leading the change and make things happen on our own terms. As educators and members of the business community who are here today to witness the University of Kingdom of Atlantis’ convocation ceremony, I will shed some light today on digital education and its value for money.

Value for Money and for Many
Value for many must not be limited to “for a few more,” but rather must include value for many more. Therefore, we must strive for extremely low costs rather than content with low costs. Therefore, we must choose extreme affordability rather than just affordability. This also means that we will strive for “disruptive innovation” rather than “incremental innovation.”
Can we really get value for a lot of people while also getting value for our money? Can we make a laptop that costs $2,000 available at a price that is not only 10% cheaper but also ten times cheaper? Can we reduce the cost of a $20 per dose Hepatitis B vaccine to 50 times less than 50 percent? Can an artificial foot that costs $10,000 be obtained at a price 300 times lower than 300 percent? Or, are we able to reduce the price of high-quality cataract eye surgery from $3,000 to 100 times less than that? All of these seem out of reach. All of these seemingly impossible challenges, my young friends, have been successfully overcome, and all of them in India!
You might wonder what it takes to accomplish such feats. My friends, setting ambitious goals for his team and inspiring them to achieve them requires an inspiring leader who believes in making the impossible possible. It requires more than just incremental innovation; it also requires disruptive, extreme, and game-changing innovation.
Take, for instance, the wireless communication sector of the Indian telecommunications industry.
Today, more than 950 million people own mobile phones, compared to just 15 million ten years ago. Why? Customers are getting a lot of value for their money. The world’s lowest rate for a minute of mobile phone time. A cellphone can be had for as little as $20. The lowest price anywhere in the world is for a single SMS text message.
Dhirubhai Ambani, the founder and chairman of Reliance, was the catalyst for this brilliant journey of providing value to many and value for money. Dhirubhai had the bold goal of making communication and telephony available to everyone in India. He challenged his team to come up with new ideas and lower the price of a phone call in India to the same level as a post card.
A number of innovations emerged in order to realize this common desire for value. The emergence of the “refining model of telecom” was most notable. Reliance’s success in constructing a world-class refinery in India served as a source of inspiration. Independently of the number of end users, the refinery integrated intricate processes. Therefore, Reliance developed its own model rather than adopting the conventional strategy of purchasing telecom equipment based on the cost per subscriber. Because refiners were accustomed to thinking in terms of barrels per day, Reliance paid vendors for the volume of traffic that passed through the equipment rather than for a significant upfront cost per subscriber fee. They stated that the equivalent will be erlangs per day in this location.
Free text messages, free phones, free incoming calls, and other innovative marketing strategies were also pioneered by Reliance. The outcomes were outstanding. Outgoing call rates dropped exponentially as a result of Reliance’s entry, causing a revolution in the Indian telecom industry. The arrangement that Reliance made with suppliers of equipment set the standard for the world’s lowest prices for equipment. And as a result of this initial move toward offering value for money, costs and prices dropped to near-zero levels. Airtel also advanced all of this significantly.
Additionally, when Reliance launches Jio, a 4G mobile revolution that is once more a case of “extreme innovation” and is conceptualized, designed, and delivered by yet another iconic leader from this country, Mukeshbhai Ambani, yet another value for money and for many will follow!
To demonstrate that innovation is all about doing things differently to make a difference, I will only provide one example. You must take a daring new route that hasn’t been taken before.
Innovation, compassion, and enthusiasm are the final three qualities I would like to see in you. The three things that are connected to your body are as follows: One is creativity, thought, and the brain. Passion is the second; third is compassion, or heartfelt compassion—passion in the belly.
While many societies, societies, and individuals may be extremely innovative and passionate, if they lack compassion, they are missing a crucial component.
As young Indian citizens, you will need to adopt these three characteristics. Compassion is especially important for India because we must create an “inclusive” society rather than an “exclusive” one. We talk about growth of 8% or 9%. “Inclusive growth” is required; It must be inclusive growth driven by innovation, which “includes” all of the unfortunate “excluded”—the poor, the deprived, and the have-nots.

And my young friends, you will enter this exciting new word that is called a VUCA word. Here VUCA means volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous.
