Delhi’s Patiala House Court has sent gangster Lawrence Bishnoi to NIA remand for 7 days. Lawrence Bishnoi is currently lodged in Bathinda Jail in Punjab. The court has also asked the NIA to submit the evidence in the court after the remand period is over.

Lawrence Bishnoi was produced in Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Tuesday. Where NIA demanded 7 days remand of Lawrence, which was accepted by the court. Along with this, the court asked to present the evidence after the custody is over. Lawrence Bishnoi, lodged in Punjab’s Bathinda Central Jail, was brought to Delhi by the NIA on Monday for questioning in a case, after which he was produced in Delhi’s Patiala House Court on Tuesday. From where the court sent him on remand for 7 days.

According to information, the NIA had brought Lawrence Bishnoi to Delhi on a production warrant for questioning in a case registered last year and sought remand for 7 days by presenting him in Delhi’s Patiala House Court. The court has also asked the investigating agency to ensure the security of Lawrence Bishnoi. A case was registered against Lawrence Vishnoi in 2022 under the UAPA Act. NIA has to inquire in this matter.

Regarding the Sanjivani scam, Rajasthan Congress President Govind Singh Dotasara said that Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat has been found guilty by the investigating agency and he will also go to jail. PCC Chief Dotasara said that no guilty will be spared in our government.

Govind Dotasara had arrived at Birla Auditorium on Wednesday to attend the one-day workshop of the Congress. Here he fiercely attacked Union Jal Shakti Minister Gajendra Singh Shekhawat. Govind Dotasara said that the investigating agency has found Gajendra Singh guilty in the Sanjivani scam and he will go to jail. Dotasara said that we had got the case registered against Union Minister Gajendra Singh and the investigating agency has found him guilty. Now if the blame is proved, we will arrest them.

Govind Dotasara said that the police and SOG are considering Gajendra Singh Shekhawat as the culprit of the scam. No matter how big someone is, the action should be fair. On the other hand, regarding the FIR lodged against Mahesh Joshi in the Ramprasad suicide case, Dotasara said that Chief Minister Gehlot has immediately got the case registered in the suicide case in Jaipur. Dotasara told that while taking action on the illegal hotel, that too has been demolished.

Congress MLA demanded to create a new state

अतीक और अशरफ मामले में दो एसआईटी गठित

गैंगस्टर अतीक अहमद और अशरफ की हत्या की जांच के लिए 2 SIT गठित की गई हैं। पहली, DGP आरके विश्वकर्मा ने की है और दूसरी, SIT प्रयागराज कमिश्नर रमित शर्मा ने बनाई है। इससे पहले, रविवार को सरकार ने न्यायिक आयोग का गठन किया था। यानी, अब 3 लेवल पर इस हत्याकांड की जांच होगी। दूसरी ओर, प्रयागराज पुलिस अतीक-अशरफ के तीन हत्यारों को सोमवार कोर्ट में पेश करेगी। पुलिस इनकी रिमांड की मांग कर सकती है। वहीं, अतीक-अशरफ की हत्या का मामला सुप्रीम कोर्ट तक पहुंच गया है। Livelaw साइट के अनुसार, एडवोकेट विशाल तिवारी ने इस मामले में PIL दाखिल की है। इसमें सुप्रीम कोर्ट के रिटायर्ड जज की निगरानी में हत्याकांड की जांच कराने की मांग की गई है। साथ ही 2017 से UP में अब तक हुए 183 एनकाउंटर की जांच की अपील भी की है। आपको बता दें कि शनिवार को अतीक और अशरफ की गोली मारकर हत्या कर दी गई थी। पोस्टमार्टम रिपोर्ट के अनुसार अतीक को 9 और अशरफ को 5 गोलियां लगी थीं। शूटआउट तब हुआ जब उसे मेडिकल के लिए ले जाया जा रहा था।

Three freight trains collided, one loco pilot dead, condition of five people is critical

A major accident occurred when two goods trains collided at Singhpur railway station in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. The goods train coming from Bilaspur collided with the goods train standing here. Meanwhile, the third goods train was passing from there .Three freight trains collided, as soon as the accident happened, both the wagons of the goods train fell on the third goods train and the engine caught fire. One pilot died in the accident, while 5 loco pilots were injured. Katni-Bilaspur railway traffic has come to a complete standstill after the accident.

According to the information, the incident took place at around quarter to 7 in the morning, where a goods train was standing at Singhpur station itself, in which two engines were engaged. Meanwhile, another goods train coming from behind collided with the goods train standing at the station. At the same time, another goods train passing through the nearby track was moving slowly, some coaches also fell on top of it, due to which a major accident took place.

After the incident, train movement from Singhpur rail line has stopped. There is no information about when the railway line will be cleared.

Head-to-head collision between speeding bikes, three people died in collision

In Rajasthan’s Bikaner, three youths were killed while riding a bike at high speed on the National Highway. The accident took place late on Monday night in Sridungargarh, where there was a head-on collision between two bikes. The injured youths were admitted to the hospital in critical condition but three youths died between 10 pm and 1 am.

According to the information ,Head-to-head collision 3 people died. Narayan Singh and Takht Singh, youths of Lakhasar village of Sridungargarh, were going from Sridungargarh towards Lakhasar. Meanwhile, he had a fierce encounter with Motiram Nai and his son Dungarram Nai, residents of Girajsar village of Kolayat Tehsil coming from the front. All the four occupants of both the bikes were seriously injured. Passengers took them to the hospital. Doctors declared Narayan Singh dead at around 10 pm.Head-to-head collision cause due to overspeeding.

The remaining three injured were referred to Bikaner Trauma Center where Motiram Nai also died at around 12 o’clock in the night. At the same time, the seriously injured Takht Singh was referred to Jaipur but Takht Singh also died at around 1 pm.
