Police sources said all the accused had arrived in the capital separately in recent days and it was Jha who allegedly took them “to her friend Vicky’s house in Gurgaon”.
“The accused started planning the security breach in January, and Manoranjan even conducted reconnaissance while visiting the Parliament complex during the monsoon session,” informed an officer.
