Beyond his role as the National President of the Janata Party, Shri Chaturvedi is a notable investigative journalist renowned for his expertise in political intelligence.
Born in Bikaner, Rajasthan, into a Saryu Parin Brahmin family, Shri Navneet Chaturvedi’s journey has been marked by academic excellence and a dedication to investigative journalism. His ancestors, four generations ago, moved from Chhapra in Bihar to Rajasthan. Before actively engaging in politics, Shri Chaturvedi contributed significantly as an investigative journalist, shedding light on political intricacies for various parties, including the Congress, BJP, BSP, SP, Shiv Sena, Telugu Desam, NCP, and Trinamool Congress.
His foray into active politics saw him contesting the Lok Sabha elections from the South Lok Sabha seat of Delhi in 2019. Despite facing defeat, his rising popularity led to him being appointed as the state president of the Janata Party, Uttar Pradesh, on September 19, 2021. Following allegations of irregularities, Shri Chaturvedi was named the Janata Party’s temporary leader on November 28, 2021, and was re-elected as the National President during the national convention in Jaipur on December 25, 2022.
Under his leadership, the Janata Party has expanded its reach, gaining members from across the country and asserting a national presence. The party, now gearing up for Assembly Elections in Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, and Chhattisgarh, is also actively campaigning for the 2024 Lok Sabha Election.

He launched a youth festival in the Dibbang Valley of Arunachal Pradesh, demonstrating the Janata Party’s commitment to youth development and the rehabilitation of those impacted by the River Dibbang. Not just a political leader, Shri Navneet Chaturvedi is an author with his book “Geo Politics,” delving into events from the Kandahar incident to the Pulwama attack. His notable achievements as an investigative journalist include revealing the Central Government’s pledge of 200 tonnes of gold abroad in 2014, a revelation that triggered widespread discussion and scrutiny.
