A man reached Udaipur district collectorate in Rajasthan to seek justice with his mare. Not only this, slogans were also raised outside the collectorate demanding justice and arrest of the culprits. Actually, a mare named Payal died due to electrocution in the marriage procession. In such a situation, the mare owner reached Udaipur Collectorate along with the deceased mare’s sister Khushboo and the Mare Association.
Slogans were also raised here to arrest the killers of deceased mare Payal. In such a situation, ADM OP Bunkar had to come out of the office to the collectorate gate to collect his memorandum. At the collectorate gate, when the owner asked khushboo, the sister of the deceased mare in front of the ADM if she wanted justice for her sister Payal, she started shaking her head again and again.
According to the owner of the horse, the mare died three days ago due to electrocution at the wedding venue. He has accused the garden management, tent owners and light decoration people of negligence. He alleged that the mare died due to negligence of leaving the wire open and not tapping. The price of the horse is about 3 lakh rupees. The mare owner has demanded the administration to provide financial relief and take action against the culprits.

Jaipur: A minor girl was allegedly raped by her boyfriend in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur. It is alleged that the accused called the boyfriend to meet him after friendship and kidnapped the minor. The kardhani police station of Jaipur chased them about 185 km away and found the two from Bharatpur railway station. The accused minor has been arrested after recording the statement of the victim.
According to the police, the 17-year-old accused has been arrested under the POCSO Act. He is a resident of Dholpur. He came to Study in Jaipur and lives in Kardhani area. He met 16-year-old Wood, who lives in the colony. Being neighbors, the two started talking. It is alleged that on January 24, the accused lured the minor away after being friends.
According to the police report, the accused raped her. Kardhani police launched a search on the information that the minor girl suddenly went missing. The police reached Bharatpur looking for him and caught both of them and brought them to Jaipur. After recording the statement of the victim, the police arrested the accused minor under pocso and rape sections. Further action is being taken in the matter.

Asaram was on Tuesday sentenced to life imprisonment for raping a woman from Surat in Gujarat. Asaram was convicted by a Gujarat sessions court on Monday. Earlier on April 25, 2018, a Jodhpur court had sentenced Asaram to life imprisonment for raping a minor from UP. Asaram’s appearance was done through video conferencing.
There were six other accused, including Asaram’s wife, in the 10-year-old case. The court convicted Asaram. One of the accused died during the trial. At the same time, the court acquitted the rest of the accused due to lack of evidence.
The case was registered in 2013. Asaram was accused by a Surat-based woman of repeatedly raping her at his ashram in Motera, Ahmedabad. An FIR was lodged at Chandkheda police station in Ahmedabad. According to the complaint, the woman was raped several times between 2001 and 2006 at an ashram on the outskirts of Ahmedabad city. The woman was then staying at Asaram’s ashram. The police had filed a charge sheet in the case in July 2014.
According to the information, the younger of the two sisters had lodged a complaint of rape against Asaram’s son Narayan Sai and the elder sister had lodged a complaint of rape against Asaram. Asaram was tried in Gandhinagar due to the transfer of his elder sister’s complaint to Gandhinagar, in which the court convicted Asaram on Monday.
