Jaipur: A 17-year-old boy allegedly drove a car and rammed into a scooty, bike and a parked car in Rajasthan’s capital Jaipur, police said on Sunday. Three fingers of the woman riding the scooty were cut off in the accident. Two youths riding the bike were seriously injured. The people gathered at the spot caught the minor driving the car.
