The first HRC will open this January at Peravoor in Kannur. This launch marks the beginning of a larger vision. Over the next three years, the company plans to establish 500 HRCs across South India, creating a decentralized network of preventive care close to communities.
Founder and Chairman Sarayogi Biju Sivanandan describes this expansion as a social intervention. “Healthcare should not start in hospitals,” he notes, “it should start in everyday life.”

Health as a People’s Movement
Perhaps the most ambitious initiative from Happiness Cosmos LLP is Mission Healthy Kerala. The campaign aims to create one lakh health warriors across 1,000 panchayats by partnering with NGOs, corporates, and local institutions. These trained volunteers will promote early screening, lifestyle awareness, mental well-being, and preventive habits at the grassroots level.
