Zoya Mirza, originally from Durg district, Chhattisgarh, created history by becoming a commissioned lieutenant doctor in the Indian Army after finishing her MBBS at AFMC.
She accomplished this by successfully completing her MBBS at the Armed Forces Medical College in 2023-24, overcoming the college’s higher cut-off for girls compared to boys.
