Wrestler on strike once again

Wrestlers’ strike at Delhi’s Jantar Mantar against Wrestling Federation of India President and BJP MP Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh continued for the second day on Monday. Meanwhile, 8 wrestlers including Vinesh Phogat have approached the Supreme Court. Wrestlers have appealed to register an FIR against Brij Bhushan for sexual harassment.

At the same time, the wrestlers have also sought support from Khap Panchayats of Haryana. He apologized to the khaps and said, ‘Last time we made a mistake. Today we need all of you very much. Support us.

Here, Bajrang Punia also said in the media, ‘All political parties are welcome on the stage. However, during the demonstration in January, permission was not given to any political party on the stage.

Meanwhile, the elections of the Indian Wrestling Federation, scheduled from May 7, have been put on hold. It is being told that the Olympic Association will form an executive committee for the election. This committee will also look after the work of the Sangh. Wrestler spent the entire night of Sunday on the street, the first day of the show. Late night Vinesh Phogat, Bajrang Punia and Sakshi Malik also released a video seeking support from the people.
