Unemployed youth have once again opened a front against the Rajasthan government. Angry over the non-announcement of new recruitments in the budget, unemployed people across the state have staged a sit-in protest against the government at the Martyrs Memorial in Jaipur. Officials of the Rajasthan Unemployed Unified Federation have said that Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot had described the budget as dedicated to the youth, but the budget has not announced new recruitment for the youth.
Upen Yadav, state president of Rajasthan Unemployed Unified Federation, said that until the Chief Minister announces the new recruitments. They will be on hunger strike. He said that the state government should rectify this mistake and in the budget reply, it should be announced to start recruitment on more than 1 lakh vacant posts in Rajasthan. At the same time, along with the imposition of NSA in the recruitment examination, there has also been a demand for a ban on the recruitment of youth from outside the state.
He said that the paygar government did not fulfill these demands of the young unemployed people of the state. So the youth of Rajasthan will give a befitting reply to the Congress with the injury of votes in the assembly elections.
