Municipal Council Engineer Bhupendra Singh said that the said construction is constructing a community building. Rs 5 lakh has been received from mla fund and Rs 5 lakh will be given by the municipal council. No land permission has been taken from the hospital yet. *
Hospital’s BMO Roop Ram Bagri said that no permission has been taken from us, the municipal council is carrying out the construction work without asking. We have been barred from taking the objection, this construction is illegal*
