Rajasthan Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot has opened a front against his own state Congress government. Sachin Pilot is on a one-day fast on Tuesday to protest against the alleged corruption of the previous Vasundhara Raje-led BJP government. Sachin Pilot is fasting in front of the Martyrs Memorial in Jaipur, where he has been accompanied by a large number of supporters.
Congress leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot’s hunger strike is being considered against Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot. In fact, Sachin Pilot had said in a press conference recently that he has written many letters to the CM for action on corruption for the last two years, but no action has been taken. Pilot said that many scams took place during the BJP rule and our government was formed on this, but no action was taken on it.
Sachin Pilot said that he wants to end corruption from the state and demands strict action against it, for this demand he is fasting.
Here, a day before Sachin’s hunger strike, the Congress had warned him that this fast would be considered as anti-party activity, but did not cancel Sachin Pilot’s fast. According to the media, this fast is Sachin Pilot’s final fight for his demands, after which Sachin Pilot can take a big decision. Today, there was no photo of any big Congress leader including Sonia, Rahul and the party symbol from the stage of the hunger strike, so it is believed that now Pilot can take a big decision to leave the Congress.
