The Association of Democratic Reforms (ADR) reported that out of the 28 ministers in the third Narendra Modi government, 19 have criminal cases against them, including serious charges like attempted murder, crimes against women, and hate speech. Specifically, two ministers have declared cases related to attempted murder under section 307 of the Indian Penal Code.
