World’s First Documented Case of Pediatric Keloid Fully Cured with Classical Homeopathy

This marks the world’s first reported case of complete remission of hypertrophic burn-induced keloid in a child without any surgical, topical, or allopathic intervention.

The patient, a 4-year and 11-month-old boy at the time of the injury, sustained severe scalding injuries after falling into a tub of hot water. The accident led to widespread second-degree burns affecting the lower abdomen, right waist, inner thigh, groin, and penile region. Despite aggressive allopathic management, including intravenous antibiotics, wound dressings, silicone gels, and eight months of homeopathic treatment from a different clinic, the child’s condition progressed into disfiguring keloid masses.

It was in March 2021 that the patient’s parents turned to Dr. Vikas Singhal, known for handling complex and chronic cases with individualized homeopathic treatment protocols.

A Chronic Case Demanding Precision and Patience

Upon examination, Dr. Singhal initiated case analysis using the Synergy Homeopathic Software, which identified Causticum as the constitutional ‘simillimum remedy’ – that is, a homeopathic medicine which responds best to the symptoms pertaining to keloids. The treatment began with Causticum 1M, followed by successive increase in dosage, also termed ‘methodical escalation’ in the Homeopathic system. Flagged off from The LaLiT Mumbai on April 13, the drive remained true to its planned route even after the terrorist attack in Pahalgam on April 22. Rajveer continued his journey with undeterred spirit, visiting The LaLiT Srinagar from May 4 to 6, boldly portraying Kashmir’s beauty and hospitality to the world.

On May 7, while traveling from Kashmir toward Kartarpur, he witnessed Operation Sindoor—a strategic Indian security operation. Just a day later, in Amritsar at 2 AM on May 8, Rajveer experienced a blackout caused by Pakistan’s drone attack, which was neutralized by India’s defense systems—proving again that no force could derail this record-breaking journey.
