Kathara, Giridih: Independent candidate Pappu Nishad (serial number 6, beaded necklace symbol) from the Giridih Lok Sabha constituency conducted a public outreach campaign on Tuesday in various places including Kathara number two, IBM Colony, Tenughat, and Bermo.
