First 18th Lok Sabha session starts; Modi 3.0 criticised for NEET issue, Speaker election

The election for the new Lok Sabha Speaker is set for June 26. President Murmu will address a joint sitting of both Houses of Parliament on June 27. Additionally, she has named a team to assist the Speaker Protem in administering the oath to newly-elected members.

Key topics likely to be discussed in the first session include the election of the Speaker, allegations of paper leaks in NEET-UG and UGC-NET exams, and the appointment of the pro-tem Speaker.
