Currently, more than 1,500 JBM electric buses are operating in 10 states and major airports in India. JBM, a prominent bus manufacturer in the country, recently introduced their JBM Ecolife e-buses in Berhampur, with the Chief Minister of Odisha, Naveen Patnaik, flagging them off.

The launch included 200 air-conditioned e-buses set to run in Berhampur, Bhubaneswar, and Cuttack, marking the company’s entry into the eastern region.

JBM Auto has also installed a comprehensive electric bus ecosystem at the depot for operational support.

The new JBM Ecolife electric bus, a 9-meter zero-emission vehicle, is equipped with advanced features and is expected to reduce carbon emissions significantly.

Nishant Arya, Vice-Chairman & MD of JBM Group, expressed gratitude to the state government and emphasized the company’s commitment to providing technologically advanced, safe, and efficient electric buses for the benefit of the environment and the people.
