The ongoing tussle between CM Gehlot and former Deputy CM Sachin Pilot in the Congress has now started to cause a scuffle between his supporters. Ashok Gehlot and Sachin Pilot’s supporters clashed in Ajmer on Thursday ahead of the visit of AICC secretary and Rajasthan co-incharge Amrita Dhawan.
The matter escalated so much that there was a fierce fight between the supporters of both of them. During this, slogans of RTDC Chairman Dharmendra Singh Rathore Murdabad were also raised. The incident took place at the Govind function venue in Vaishali Nagar. The RTDC chairman and the police present there explained and calmed the matter.
In fact, a meeting of the City District Congress Committee was held here. This was a feedback program in which the co-incharge came to have one-to-one talks. After the ruckus was reported, RTDC chairman Dharmendra Singh Rathore, Pradesh Congress Committee secretary Mahendra Singh Ralawata and police intervened and pacified the situation.
