Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot on Thursday afternoon visited Ghatmika in Bharatpur where he met the family members of Nasir and Junaid, who were burnt alive in Haryana. The Chief Minister also provided financial help to the families of the victims.
The CM has announced Rs 1 lakh in cash and an FD of Rs 4 lakh each to Nasir’s wife and an adopted child. At the same time, for Junaid’s wife and 6 children, he announced 1 lakh cash each and an FD of 4-4 lakh. In this way, financial assistance of Rs 10 lakh has been given to Nasir’s family and Rs 35 lakh to Junaid’s family.
The Chief Minister addressed reporters after meeting the families of Nasir and Junaid. The Chief Minister said that the children of Nasir and Junaid will be given education, hostels, residential schools and all kinds of government assistance under the scheme. Minister Zahida Khan will take care of this.
