The Delhi Police has filed a charge sheet in the Saket court in the shraddha Walkar murder case. The nearly 6,000-page charge sheet includes statements of 100 people and electronic-forensic evidence. According to Delhi Police, Shraddha had gone to her friend’s house on the day the incident took place, due to which Aftab killed her.
According to the police, Aftab had cut shraddha into 35 pieces and threw it in the forest of Chhatarpur. From there, the Delhi Police found some pieces of the body. Scientific methods were used in the investigation. Social media platforms, GPS locations were also tracked as digital evidence.
Let us tell you that Aftab killed his live-in partner Shraddha Walkar on May 18. After this, he cut Shraddha’s body into 35 pieces. To keep these pieces, he had brought a fridge of 300 liters. The police arrested Aftab and recovered Shraddha’s bones from the forests of Mehrauli.
In fact, in early January, Delhi’s Saket Court extended Poonawalla’s judicial custody by 14 days. During this time, Aftab had asked for some books of law to be read in custody before the court. Aftab Poonawalla, 28, has been in judicial custody since November last year.
