A GoFundMe has been set up to assist in covering the increasing legal costs for former President Trump following a recent legal decision in New York.
The fundraiser, initiated by Elena Cardone, aims to collect $355 million, which is the amount Trump has been instructed to pay in penalties. Already, the campaign has garnered over $185,000 from more than 4,000 contributors.
Trump’s legal team plans to appeal the ruling, which comes on the heels of a separate case where he was ordered to pay significant sums in damages.
Elena Cardone expressed her support for Trump, stating that she believes he is facing unjust treatment in New York’s legal system.
