Three freight trains collided

A major accident occurred when two goods trains collided at Singhpur railway station in Shahdol district of Madhya Pradesh. The goods train coming from Bilaspur collided with the goods train standing here. Meanwhile, the third goods train was passing from there .Three freight trains collided, as soon as the accident happened, both the wagons of the goods train fell on the third goods train and the engine caught fire. One pilot died in the accident, while 5 loco pilots were injured. Katni-Bilaspur railway traffic has come to a complete standstill after the accident.

According to the information, the incident took place at around quarter to 7 in the morning, where a goods train was standing at Singhpur station itself, in which two engines were engaged. Meanwhile, another goods train coming from behind collided with the goods train standing at the station. At the same time, another goods train passing through the nearby track was moving slowly, some coaches also fell on top of it, due to which a major accident took place.

After the incident, train movement from Singhpur rail line has stopped. There is no information about when the railway line will be cleared.
