Tendukheda police and employees kept waiting for JCB in the hot sun – city council kept putting responsibility on each other

Case of Tendukheda Municipal Council area of Damoh district Dead body lying in the sun for five hours in Muktidham

Laxman Rackwar Tendukheda!-Even after 24 hours passed after the death of an unknown person on the Jabalpur road on Jabalpur road in the police station area, the identity of the deceased could not be done. In such a situation, according to the rules, the dead body was to be buried by the police, but the scenes of administrative indifference and insensitivity came to the fore, it was understood that how responsible the administration is for providing normal facilities and how much coordination between the police and the administration. Is. In fact, after not being identified, when the dead body was taken to the crematorium for burial, the pit
No arrangement was made for this and because of that the dead body remained lying in the crematorium for the whole 5 hours not for one or two hours. It is noteworthy that the head of the deceased was badly injured in the accident.
had deteriorated and no identification documents were recovered from him, and his identity could not be ascertained even after police informed other thana police.
The city council did not dig a pit for the dead body
On Friday, when the police started the process of burying the dead body after the panchnama and postmortem proceedings under the rules, for this the city council was asked to dig a pit in the cremation ground and they confirmed the digging of the pit. After which the dead body was taken out of the mortuary at around 9 o’clock and taken for burial, but when the dead body was brought to the crematorium for burial, the pit was not dug there. In such a situation, there were talks between police and city council officials and employees to dig a pit for more than four hours keeping the dead body in the sun, but the pit was not dug and after about 5 hours the matter was reported to the CMO. On being given, the pit could be dug with JCB.
Talk on each other in the name of JCB
The reason behind this insensitivity is being told that the city council does not have JCB, but at the same time it is also becoming clear that the city council employees are throwing responsibility on each other. In fact, after the confirmation of the digging of the pit, when the cleaning staff and the police of the city council reached the crematorium, they were questioned about the absence of the pit, and when the employees were asked in this regard, it was first confirmed by the Babu of the city council, then On discussing with him, the responsibility was put on others. In such circumstances, after the NAPA Deputy Engineer and some public representatives also joined it, through whom the JCB machine was told to come and dig the pit. But in the name of JCB coming and digging a pit, there was a discussion between the NAPA employee and the police for four hours, but JCB did not come. During this, while the sanitation workers of the Municipal Council continued to sit in the crematorium with the dead body even after completion of their duty, the police staff also kept waiting to proceed with their action. Eventually NAPA CMO Premsingh Chauhan intervened in this matter and JCB reached the spot and after digging the pit, the body was buried in the presence of police, ASI Mubarak Khan and NAPA CMO.
Dead body started rotting while waiting for burial
While the person who lost his life in a collision with an unknown vehicle kept waiting for his identity even after several hours of death, such conditions were created in his burial even after the identification. Since the dead body was taken to the crematorium by a tractor trolley due to the confirmation of the digging of the pit, but due to lack of arrangements, the body of the unknown person was kept in the trolley in the sun for many hours, due to which the death occurred several hours ago and rotting due to being kept in the sun. On leaving, the stench also started killing, due to which the people present around the dead body also had to face problems. In such a situation, even though the dead body has been buried, but the kind of insensitivity shown by the Municipal Council regarding a dead person, it raises a question, while confirming the digging of the pit and later searching for JCB for it also shows that How the responsible keep distance from their work in the absence of mutual coordination.
