Former Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Sachin Pilot addressed a farmers’ convention at Parbatsar in Nagaur on Monday. In his nearly half-an-hour speech at this conference, Sachin Pilot mostly targeted the BJP and the central government. Pilot focused his speech on inflation, unemployment and farmers’ problems.
During this, Sachin Pilot described Parbatsar MLA Ramniwas Gaondiya as his younger brother.
In his speech, former deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot referred to the schemes of the Manmohan Singh-led UPA government and listed its successes, but did not mention the Congress government in the state even once and did not even name Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot. Sachin Pilot in his speech mentioned his work as state Congress president.
Former Pradesh Congress Committee president Sachin Pilot said that the BJP had promised to double the income of farmers, but the BJP government worked to break their back by enacting three black agricultural laws. But the farmers protested and bowed to the government.
He said that only two communities can break the poison of politics in the name of caste, fraternity, religion, language, province, one is youth and the other is farming. Pilot said if the farmers and youth of the country are united, they will defeat every force that wants to break, spread rumours and come to power by lying.
