At least 30 children were injured when a private school bus carrying children overturned in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur district despite winter break, police said on Sunday. The condition of eight children, who took place on Nadbai Nagar road in Nadbai police station area of the district, is serious and has been referred to the district hospital. Let us tell you that despite the district collector issuing an order to keep schools closed till January 18 under the winter vacation, the accident has come to light.

In fact, Bharatpur District Collector Alok Ranjan has declared holidays up to class 8 in all private and government schools till January 18, despite this, studies are being done in private schools. A day earlier, some schools were also found operating in the area of Minister of State for Education Zahida Khan, who were also issued ‘show cause notices’. But on Wednesday, due to the operation of the school, this accident happened. The accident was so severe that the bus was completely damaged. At the time of the accident, there was a scream among the children. After getting information about the accident, the District Collector and SP reached the District RBM Hospital and inquired about the condition of the children.

District Collector Alok Ranjan said that in view of the winter, the school was running despite instructions for a holiday till January 18 for children up to class 8. In such a situation, in violation of the order, its recognition will be canceled and an FIR will also be lodged against the school operation by conducting an inquiry as per rules.
