He has served under international boards including CBSE, IB, and IGCSE, and his roles in school leadership span India, the Maldives, and the United Kingdom. Currently, he serves as the Principal of Academic Heights Public School (AHPS), Akola, and the Academic Director of two other educational institutions, while continuing to drive systemic reforms through his organization Laa Education.
In 2025, Dr. Raj was conferred the Young Innovative Principal of the Year Award at the World School Summit in Dubai, further cementing his stature as a trailblazer in educational transformation. His pioneering work includes inclusive curriculum design, faculty development programs, and targeted interventions for slow learners and students with disabilities.
