Evidence of terrorist connection has been found behind the blast on Saturday night on the railway bridge located in Oda village on the Udaipur-Ahmedabad railway line. According to the inputs received by the agencies involved in the investigation of the case, such an incident has been carried out at the behest of a terrorist organization. The motive could be to spread panic. However, no one has officially confirmed this yet. But according to media reports, the police have detained three people. These are being told as members of PFI. Also, if reports are to be believed, its connection is also being linked to the Kanhaiya murder case. The angle of support of the PFI module in the blast is also being investigated.

Here, Rajasthan CM Ashok Gehlot took a high-level meeting of senior officials on Monday at the Chief Minister’s residence in connection with the incident on the track of Oda Railway Bridge in Udaipur. In the meeting, it was decided to get the Rajasthan ATS-SOG investigating the incident that took place in Udaipur. In this sequence, the team under the leadership of ADG (Additional Director General of Police) ATS-SOG Ashok Rathore will go to Udaipur on Tuesday to investigate the incident.

Since the incident, teams of National Investigation Agency (NIA), Intelligence Bureau (IB), National Security Guard (NSG) along with Rajasthan Police’s ATS Branch, Gujarat STF are probing the matter. In the FIR registered by the police, a case has been registered under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA). A case was registered against the accused in the Kanhaiyalal murder case only in this act. The police have so far raided villages, Udaipur city, Salumbar etc. around the incident site. Some suspects are also being questioned. In Udaipur division, searches are going on by blockade at various places.
