Apple allows customers to return and request refunds for its products within a period of 14 days after purchase, in case they are dissatisfied with their purchase.

The recent release of the Apple Vision Pro, a virtual reality headset, has sparked excitement in the tech community.

People have been sharing their experiences with Apple’s latest innovation, but the initial enthusiasm seems to be diminishing as users are returning the headsets due to headaches and motion sickness.

Apple offers a 14-day return policy, which has led many dissatisfied customers to express their disappointment on social media, criticizing the uncomfortable fit and high price of the product.

Some users have also reported dryness and redness in their eyes from prolonged exposure to light. The weight and front-heavy design of the device have been additional sources of complaint, with concerns raised about the potential for a burst blood vessel in the eye.

I bought Vision Pro on the day it was released and ever since I started using it, I have experienced persistent headaches. In an attempt to resolve the issue, I visited an Apple store where they replaced my light seal from 21w to 22w. I tried using both solo and dual bands but neither of them alleviated my headaches.

I even purchased a headband from Amazon to provide additional support for the solo loop band, but it did not make a difference. Frustrated, I decided to refrain from using it for more than 24 hours, and to my relief, my headache disappeared. A Reddit user shared this experience.
