Plane crashes in Rajasthan’s Bharatpur, one pilot killed

Two Indian Air Force fighter jets Sukhoi-30 and Mirage-2000 crashed near Gwalior in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan on Saturday morning. There were two pilots on a Sukhoi and one pilot on the Mirage. In the accident, both the pilots of the Sukhoi managed to escape safely, but the Mirage pilot died. The surviving pilot sustained injuries and has been hospitalised.

According to the information, both Sukhoi and Mirage flew for routine training. During the training, both were flying very close. Then the two collided with each other. Due to the collision, the Mirage caught fire and it fell in Pahargarh of Morena, Madhya Pradesh. Where its pilot died. The second plane did not catch fire after colliding with Sukhoi, but its wings were broken.

When both the Sukhoi pilots thought that the aircraft was going to crash, they isolated themselves. Both fell to the ground with the help of parachutes. After this, the Sukhoi fell at Pingora in Bharatpur district of Rajasthan, about 90 km from the earlier spot without a pilot.

One pilot was killed in the accident while two pilots managed to save themselves safely. Many leaders have expressed grief over the accident.
