Sukesh Chandrasekhar, an accused in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case, was produced before the Patiala House Court on Tuesday. Where he claimed to have given Rs 60 crore to the Aam Aadmi Party. During this, actress Jacqueline Fernandez was also present in the court. According to Sukesh Chandrasekhar’s lawyer Anant Malik, today Sukesh Chandrasekhar alleged that he had given Rs 60 crore to the Aam Aadmi Party. A high-level committee took his statement and the committee gave its recommendations and said the allegations were serious and should be investigated.

The court has allowed the ED to take possession of 26 cars belonging to Sukesh’s wife Leena Maria Paul in a Rs 200 crore money laundering case. At the same time, actress Jacqueline Fernandez has filed an application for permission to travel to Bahrain from December 23. In such a situation, the court has directed the ED to file a reply by December 22. Jacqueline Fernandez is also named in the Rs 200 crore money laundering case related to Mahathag Sukesh Chandrasekhar.

Actress Jacqueline is accused of taking many expensive gifts from Sukesh Chandrasekhar, including a car and house. The ED and Delhi Police are investigating the case. Actress Jacqueline Fernandez had earlier appeared before Delhi’s Patiala House Court on December 12 in a money laundering case. Special Judge Shailendra Malik adjourned the hearing after hearing preliminary arguments. The next hearing of the case was adjourned to December 20.
