One day after the Supreme Court questioned the size and cost of Patanjali Ayurved’s apology published in newspapers, the company released a larger apology in the newspapers on April 24th. Described as an “unconditional public apology”, the ad expressed regret for not complying with the Supreme Court’s orders.

Patanjali, along with Baba Ramdev and Acharya Balkrishna, are currently dealing with contempt charges from the Supreme Court for running objectionable and misleading advertisements for their ayurvedic products.
