In the last 24 hours, the highest number of cases were found in Maharashtra at 397 and Gujarat at 303. On the other hand, cases were reported in Kerala 299, Karnataka 209 and Delhi 153. Apart from this, 77 cases have been found in Uttar Pradesh, 46 in Rajasthan, 5 in Madhya Pradesh and 1 in Chhattisgarh in the last 24 hours. At present, there are 246 active cases in UP, 207 in Rajasthan, 51 in MP and 23 in Chhattisgarh.
Meanwhile, news of the Union Health Ministry meeting with health secretaries and senior officials of all states through video conferencing has also surfaced. According to the information, during April 10 and 11, mock drills will also be held in hospitals across the country. In this, the availability of medicines, beds for patients, medical equipment and medical oxygen will be reviewed.
