Under the guidance and guidance of Collector Sanjay Kumar Mishra, a team of officers and employees has been formed in urban and rural areas for the implementation of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana. In this work, the cooperation of Panchayat Secretary, Employment Assistant, Public Service Friends and Volunteers of Jan Abhiyan Parishad is also being taken. Forms are being filled under the scheme by going from house to house of women unable to reach the camp site. As a result, a total of 43 thousand 605 applications were registered online till Sunday evening. Under the urban area, the highest number of 2 thousand 750 applications were registered in Municipal Council Panna, 654 in Municipal Council Ajaygarh, 739 in Amanganj, 666 in Devendranagar, 1 thousand 50 in Gunour, 717 in Kakarhati and 672 in Municipal Council Powai. Similarly, under rural areas, 5 thousand 434 applications were filed online in Janpad Panchayat Ajaygarh, 7 thousand 830 in Gunour, 6 thousand 559 in Panna, 7 thousand 73 in Powai and 9 thousand 461 in Janpad Panchayat Shahnagar. Today the total number of applications registered is 10 thousand 766.
Under the scheme, application forms will be received from women through camps at ward and gram panchayat level till April 30. After the final list is released on May 1, objections will be received by May 15. The objections will be resolved from May 16 to 30 and the final list will be released on May 31. Application forms will be received from all eligible women for the benefit of the scheme, in case of non-registration of online application on a certain day due to any reason, action will be taken to file the application online in the coming day. Women have been advised to reach the camp to submit applications by ensuring comprehensive e-KYC, Aadhaar updation and mobile number proceedings to avoid unnecessary harassment and any kind of inconvenience. Photographs of women will be taken at the camp site and acknowledgement will also be provided after completing the desired proceedings and online application. All basic arrangements have been ensured in the camp. Apart from this, officers have also been deployed to monitor the work.
Awareness through wall writing
Villagers are also being made aware and motivated through various activities about the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana. Wall writing has been done from village to village with the help of public service friends in the work of the scheme. Similarly, volunteers of Jan Abhiyan Parishad are reaching the village and motivating women to take advantage of the scheme and apply.
The campaign chariot is reaching villages
A publicity chariot has also been sent to the district by the Directorate of Public Relations to spread information about the achievements of the government in the last three years, including chief minister Chouhan’s ambitious Ladli Behna Scheme. Information is being given to the people by touring villages through the campaign chariot.
