Union Home Minister Amit Shah has put the Congress in the dock while responding to the Congress’ question on the China border clash. Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Congress has a double attitude on China. Indian soldiers chased out the Chinese soldiers in a short time. Not an inch of India’s land has been occupied. Amit Shah attacked the Congress, saying that due to former PM Jawaharlal Nehru’s love for China, India’s membership in the Security Council was sacrificed. In 1962, China grabbed thousands of hectares of land.

The Home Minister made serious allegations against the Congress and said that the Congress gets huge amount of money from China. The Rajiv Gandhi Foundation received money from China. Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Congress got Rs 1.35 crore from the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, I want to ask that the double attitude does not work in front of the public. Rajiv Gandhi Foundation took money from China.

Home Minister Amit Shah said that the Rajiv Gandhi Foundation had received a grant of Rs 1 crore 35 lakh from the Chinese Embassy in the financial years 2005-6 and 2006-7, which was not in accordance with the FCRA law and its limitations. By giving a notice on this, the Ministry of Home Affairs canceled its registration, following full legal procedure.

Amit Shah said that the opposition did not allow the Question Hour to run in the Lok Sabha. I condemn this act. The Parliament was disrupted despite the Parliamentary Affairs Minister making it clear that the Defence Minister would make a statement on the india-China military clash in Parliament.

The Lok Sabha was adjourned following the ruckus.
