The day was hosted by Dr Kapil Singh Thakur ,Centre coordinator . It was an overwhelming experience with great hospitality by the Heartfulness team. The host along with Dr Mansee Thakur & Shri Devatosh appreciated and honoured the Graceful Team for their constructive work. The experts were so perfect while giving inputs on how to face daily challenges like stress, Anxiety, hypertension and Rest problems.
The basic yoga techniques to advance Pranayam, Mudra, Heartfulness Meditation and Brighter Mind were being taught by the Yoga experts.
