Dr.Pratik Mungekar conducted the Mentor Development Program on 23rd & 24th December for Primary & Secondary teachers of Pune Zilla Shikshan Mandal English Medium School, Akurdi

The Eminent Speaker, Scientist, Counsellor, Professor, Author and Mentor for this workshop Prof.Dr. Pratik Mungekar gave a comprehensive overview of the various teaching strengths, mainly stressing that today’s teachers should embrace the drastic change in the education sector and make today’s ‘SMART’ campaign a reality.

Today’s students get lot of information about many fields, their income from internet & various media portals & they ask questions.because of technology advancement students can think anytime, anywhere. So it’s teacher’s duty & they should use and use the updated method as much as the advanced society, authorities create interest in learning-teaching information.

While learning in today’s technology era, teachers should break the traditional teaching and adopt & adapt innovative teaching.

Dr.Mungekar gave valuable guidance. He discussed the workshop as a large and interactive positive and essential aspect as torch bearer mentor among teachers. In the workshop, Dr.Mungekar has cleared all the doubts.

At last all the participants have received ‘Mentor Development Program Certificate of Achievement’, ‘Certificate of Recognition by the Commission of International Education and Business Conclave’, and ‘Certificate of Recognition Honor, International Certificate of Recognition’ from Dr.Pratik Mungekar and Priti Dabde, Principal of the school.
