Police are investigating the matter.

The victim is a BA student at Delhi University. She became friends with Sukhwinder five years ago. The girl’s family did not approve of their relationship, so the girl started distancing herself. Sukhwinder could not tolerate this. He called to meet the girl on Monday. He wanted to know why the girl broke up. The girl went to meet him in the nearby street of the house. The boy then attacked her with a knife.
