Corona virus has once again spread in many countries of the world. The situation has also become very worrisome in many places including China. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has said on Monday that people in the state need not panic. Just keep in mind that wearing a mask in public places.

During the review meeting of Corona at CM’s residence, CM Ashok Gehlot said that face masks not only protect against Corona, but also provide protection from many diseases like TB. At the same time, the CM said that the vaccination figures in Rajasthan are good. The number of Covid-19 patients has increased in many countries, but there is no such situation in Rajasthan. Therefore, the people of the state need not panic.

Dr Sudhir Bhandari, Vice-Chancellor of Rajasthan University of Health Sciences, who was also present at the meeting, said that 96.4 per cent citizens in Rajasthan have received the first dose of the vaccine. At the same time, more than 90 percent of the people have taken both doses. Vice-Chancellor Dr Sudhir Bhandari said that according to the data so far, 11.53 crore vaccines have been administered in Rajasthan. There has not been a single death from Corona in the month of December. At the same time, last week’s positivity rate is also 0.28 percent. He said that preparations are being made to fight Corona in Rajasthan. Mock-drills are also being conducted in all medical colleges and hospitals of the state from Tuesday.

Health Minister Parsadi Lal Meena, Chief Secretary Usha Sharma, Principal Government Secretary, Medical Education T. Ravikant and many senior officials were present in this meeting along with CM Ashok Gehlot.
