There was a reward of five lakh rupees on both of them. The encounter took place near Parichha Dam in Jhansi by STF. According to the police, foreign weapons have also been found in their possession.

During the STF action, gangster Atiq was appearing in Prayagraj court. Hearing the news of his son’s encounter, he started crying. When the throat was dry, he asked for water and sat down holding his head.

Let us tell you that they were on the run only after the murder of Umesh Pal on February 24. The STF had been tracing them continuously for 54 days and killed them when their location was found in Jhansi. Deputy SP Navendu and Deputy SP Vimal were leading the encounter.
