Relaxation, meditation, cleanliness, prayer is a lifestyle of living with heart-centeredness so that we follow our heart every moment. Through this spiritual practice, you can learn to live naturally with the qualities and emotions of the heart that have awakened and refined every moment. Its qualities are simplicity, humility, purity, honesty, satisfaction, truthfulness, truthfulness, truthfulness. Forgiveness, generosity, acceptance and the fundamental qualities of the heart, heartfulness lifestyle is based on 4 basic practices of the easy path. From day one, these qualities begin to appear within us. Our heart is our conscience! Every moment guides us, our thoughts and feelings have their roots in the heart and in the same way the state of our heart determines our mental, emotional and spiritual states! If there is clarity in the heart, there will be clarity in the mind too! When there is peace in the heart, the mind will also be stable! Everyone meditated for 15 minutes in the class and all the students expressed their experiences after meditation.
