12 killed in two accidents in Maharashtra

At least seven people were killed and 13 others injured when a truck collided with an ST bus on the Nagpur-Pune highway in Maharashtra’s Buldhana. The accident took place near Palaskhed Chakka village in Sindkhedraja tehsil around 7 am on Tuesday. At the time of the accident, the bus of Mehekar Depot was going from Pune to Mehekar when it collided with a truck coming at a high speed from the front. The injured have been admitted to Sindkhedraja Government Hospital.

Here, a speeding truck hit the car in Amravati district of Maharashtra. In this accident, five people died, while seven others were injured. The accident took place around 11 pm on Monday on the Dariyapur-Anjangaon road under Khallar police station area of Amravati. It is being told that most of the casualties are members of the same family. They were returning to Dariyapur from a family function. The injured have been admitted to a hospital in Dariyapur.
