The troubles of Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa may increase. New Delhi: A Delhi court on Monday directed the Delhi Police to register a case against BJP MLA Madan Dilawar for his remarks against Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

According to the news of Dainik Bhaskar, a complaint was filed against Sukhjinder Singh at Mahavir Nagar police station in March. But then the police did not register a case. After this, MLA Madan Dilawar presented an affidavit against the Congress in-charge in Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate Order 6 in Kota. On Monday, the court ordered the Mahavir Nagar police station to register a case on the application of Dilawar.

According to the news, the statement was presented on May 3. On May 10, the court sought a report from SP Sharad Chaudhary. On which the SP presented the report in the court. The report said that Randhawa had given a speech in Jaipur, so the case was not found to be made in Kota. For this reason, no case was filed in Kota.

According to the news, after hearing the arguments, the court said that the speech given in Jaipur has an impact on Kota as well as the whole country. In a criminal case, if the result of the crime is not found anywhere, then a case can be filed there. The court ordered to file an FIR and submit an investigation report of the case.

On March 13, Congress state in-charge Sukhjinder Singh Randhawa had given a speech at the Congress general body meeting that “nothing will be achieved by killing Adani, eliminate Modi”. If Modi is gone, the country will be saved. If Modi remains, the country will be ruined.”
